So so perfect

if I was wanting to draw up the design of a perfect beach house, this would be it! It was so clean, so large, so well, just perfect. Our family enjoyed all of the bedrooms, the large kitchen and sitting areas, the closeness to the beach, and the massive game room upstairs :-) thank you for providing the perfect home for A, perfect summer vacation !

Perfect for family

This is our third time to stay at the property and won't be our last. The layout is perfect for grandparents, parents, and kids. The new arcade game was a huge success. The closeness to the beach is wonderful. The size of the kitchen and dining table work great. The new deck is gorgeous. Now if only we could reserve good weather . . .

Awesome family getaway!

House is very large and accomodated our big gathering very well. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances one would ever need. The 2nd refrigerator in the garage just off the kitchen came in very handy! Beds are comfortable, bedding is nice as well. Recommend the home!

We had a wonderful family reunion.

What a fantastic set up for a large family reunion. Each couple had their own bedroom. My sister has cancer and has limited mobility. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for her and her spouse. Lovely large kitchen for our cooking and we loved having a table everyone could sit around. We had a great time enjoying the beach.

A lovely big space

All spaces were perfect for our family of 11 and 1 dog. Kitchen, dining and living rooms were huge. We loved being able to all sit at the large dining table for meals. The living room had tons of seating. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. We appreciated having 4 bathrooms. The game room was wonderful and got a lot of use during our 3 night stay. Easy beach access and plenty of space to park cars. Must not forget the hot tub!

Great beach house!

This house was perfect for our group. Awesome game room, close to the beach, two sets of washers and dryers, two refrigerators, nice bbq, great hot tub, two different dining tables to fit our 15 people. The only thing that was a bummer was the code sent to us for check-in was 4 digits and the wrong code. The one we actually needed was 10 or so digits and it took a little while to get connected with someone to give us the correct code. Overall, great house! We definitely want to stay here again.

Great location

The house is roomy and has a great layout. Our one complaint is there is not a fenced yard for the dogs. In the photos there is a fence in the photo behind the hot tub. In reality that is the only piece of fencing , so we had to watch the 2 dogs every second they were outside. 😬. There was a mouse in the downstairs bathroom, so we were not able to use that one( by choice!). When we called management they sent someone out to investigate but did not actively do anything.

Great time at Pine Beach Retreat

We had 2 families for a total of 10 people, and had more than enough room in this spacious home. We loved the layout, loved the game room, loved all the TVs. The hot tub was nice. There were lots of board games, card games, and books. Kitchen was well appointed with all necessities. It was nice having 4 bathrooms, and plenty of towels. Lots of beach toys for the kids, and great outdoor rinsing shower. Neighborhood was quiet and tucked away, off of the main highway. Beach access less than 1 block away, with beautiful beach! Loved our stay here, and will keep it in our favorites for future large-family get togethers. Only hiccup which we saw in previous reviews was initial access to the home. The code Vacasa sent was inaccurate, and it took about 1 hour (with cagey kids from a long drive, all our stuff on the porch) to get ahold of anyone to get the correct code. I was sure that they would have this figured out by now, but be prepared to call Vacasa. Other than that, the house was amazing.

Expected a lot more during our first vacasa stay but vacasa never responded despite reaching out multiple times including my injured and bleeding toddler! House was clean and appreciated and spacious but definitely not cheap. Tub was completely clogged and couldn't use that bathroom the entire weekend. No one came to fix it nor respond and it's been a week since check-in. My son got hurt on the broken door of the TV stand that just fell off without warning when opened. We repeatedly asked for early check in or late check out and again ZERO response from vacasa after speaking with them multiple times, emailing and having been promised a call back (even a week or more prior to check in!).

Great house for large group

Better than the Pictures

This property was so close to the beach. The house was bigger than the pictures show. The hot tub was clean and working well. We would love to book this house again.

Perfect multigeneration vacation home.

This home could not have been any more perfect for a multigenerational family. Everyone, especially this kids, loved the third floor game room. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. The living and dining areas were big enough and with enough seating that everyone could join in every activity, including games from the game closet. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared all our meals there. (Ran out of dish washer detergent and were told by VACASA contact # that they would not provide more. It was a weird AI generated response.) To top off all the great features, there was easy beach access. Rave reviews from the Oregonians and the New Yorkers, even during a stormy and rainy December week. Highly recommend.

Definitely a family retreat

This was a fantastic space for a large family get together. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for a long weekend. The kids had a blast in the spacious upstairs family room. The dining table was large enough for all of us to eat together. We also appreciated the easy walk to the beach. We were all very happy with our stay. Thank-you!

It was perfect for all the family. The easy beach access was perfect. Dogs and people were happy. There were tons of utensils but not really practical ones. We were able to cook and eat and had plenty of food storage. The cupboards just for guests has great.

Family reunion

this was a great house for our family—parents, four children and their partners, and two granddaughters. We had plenty of space to spread out and also plenty of space to gather. The kitchen is well-appointed and has room for multiple cooks sharing space. The house is also very quiet! We had the perfect weekend, weather-wise, and spent many miles walking on the beach, which is very close. We definitely want to return!

Great house, lots of fun

We had a group of 15 stay in this house, and it was wonderful. Perfect size, beds for everyone, and the game room was an added bonus. It's only a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to town.

Family stay

We have multiple families going to Oregon coast for 30 years. It is located perfect for the activities we enjoy. Crabbing, manzanita , Tillamook, and the beach just steps away. This is the second time at this house, we are always going to have this house as one of our choces. Big game room for the kids and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone

Great family property

12 family members stayed here for a week. Great space for adults and children. Very nice accommodation with bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The game room was a plus for the kids. Would stay here again

Fun, fun, fun!

This property is a great choice for those looking to explore the beach with kids. Beach access is simple - just a short walk that everyone in our group could easily manage while carrying our beach toys. The house itself has lots of sleeping space and a great layout. The kids absolutely loved the game room and even sat in the hot tub. The kitchen is well-equipped and we appreciated that there was seating for everyone. We would stay here again if we’re in the area.
