“Very nice and clean. Only stayed overnight. Close to center city. Parking right out front.”

“They were great ! Hairdryer wasn’t working and they replaced it immediately. Cabin was cute and beautifully maintained.”

“This property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with non-toxic cookware, storage containers, and utensils. We love to cook healthy so this was a very pleasant surprise. There was also plentiful convenience items, like trash bags, and paper products. The bathroom had plenty of soft towels and washcloths for our party of six, and use of the washer/dryer was a plus. There was also a number of really nice floats and kayaks for use, and the……

“For our first visit to the Natural Bridge State Park area, we chose to stay at a Vrbo property nearby in the Lexington , VA area. The Rustic Bayberry property nailed it on every category. We had great communications from the property owner & truly enjoyed our time there. Due to 100 feel like temps on the July 4th weekend, we found ourselves at the property most afternoons relaxing as the property’s cooling system was a welcomed item during the heat. Thanks to the Meads for a fabulous……

“Safe, quiet, well appointed kitchen. Convenient to local facilities and attractions.”

“The Orchard House was beautiful! Every space has been carefully thought out and decorated. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable. Sitting on the front porch overlooking the orchards and mountains for morning coffee or night stargazing was spectacular. The hosts were welcoming and made check in and check out a breeze. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area!”

“Very cute and clean cottage. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location, clean and beautiful place with a great host.”

“I cannot say enough about Brian and Michael as host. The station is immaculately decorated with comfortable beds and a cozy vibe. It had everything we needed and more. The fresh flowers and local treats were a welcome surprise. We had a couple of incidents that we had to inform our host about from locking kepads to damaging the sheetrock in one spot. Brian and Michael were so forgiving and made sure we didn’t miss a beat of or trip, or stress over a thing. I’d give them a 20 if I could. Can’t……

“We had a rough start to our stay - when we arrived a pipe was spraying water inside the master bedroom's closet. Oddly, the internet (and cell service) was also down on the mountain, which led to a stressful time getting help. The hosts were very helpful in getting it fixed though and we got back into the house about 9pm. The plumber had to come back the next day, and we had damp carpets with fan and dehumidifier going the rest of the week. It was an unfortunate start, but other than that we……

“Great communication, stay was wonderful would recommend”
