It was also great to be such a short walk to downtown!It's mentioned elsewhere but just to point out again for awareness, since the house is old, the stairs to the upper levels are pretty steep and some of what looks like the original flooring was not entirely level and even. Not a problem for most, but something to consider for someone with mobility issues.”

“I most generally do not write reviews, however after trying to rectify the situation and getting no response I would like to, in good conscience, let others know. The house was fine in general except for these very important areas. First and foremost, the fridge smelled like fish SO bad. Upon opening the freezer the ice was soiled. It looked as though fish had been set directly in there. Our entire reason for renting vs hotel was use of the kitchen to prep for an event we were attending. The……

“Very nice and clean property. Check-in was very easy. The home is located atop the Boars Head cliffs with an excellent view of Hampton Beach and the bay, in a very quiet upscale area. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking utensil and other items, though we really didn't cook during our stay. My only objection is the owner requires YOU to wash, fold, and put-away all linens and towels BEFORE you leave, and the note even has a snarky "don't forget you need to be out by 10am" comment.……

“Spacious home for seven people in for a wedding dress shopping weekend. Decorated nice for the beach location and has a nice limited coast view Convenient location. The home is clean surface wise, but there is some wear on the furniture and rugs. Would stay here again. ”
