“Close to the beach. A bare bones inexpensive stay”

“King size bed was a bit firm. Breakfast did not appeal to me. All else was good.”

“This is a great place to stay if attending a concert at the Casino Ballroom. It is a short walk to the venue and the beach. The room was small but comfy with a great shower, and a microwave and fridge. The ladies at the front desk were very nice! I’ll stay here again next year for the yearly KC & The Sunshine Band concert.”

“Room includes a bed and a bathroom. We didn't need anything more than that so when comparing prices in the area, this was perfect. Parking is a lot down the side street. It is made for small/mid-size cars and is accessible to guests before check in time (just check with front desk for a parking pass). For a one night stay after a show, the hotel was just right. If you are looking for a longer stay on the beach, the location is perfect but you may want more space.”

“Great beach front location”

“Room was very dirty!!! Cigarette butts all over the place. Walls are paper thin you could hear people talking all night long. Air conditioning smelled very bad and was super loud. Hot tub was cold. Pool was clean but not heated as claimed. Silverfish crawling in the bathroom. Appliances were filthy. Short and curlys on the toilet. You can see into the room from the balcony despite shades.”

“This was a horrible experience. The phone in the room was dead and couldn't even call front office for an emergency or 911. There was a short shower curtain that would make water come out onto the floor. There was mold in the bathroom, no counter space to put makeup and toothbrushes etc. The door had spaces on the top and side, bugs could get in. No shelves in the shower to put shampoo, body wash and such. There were two floor lamps that were broken, and two table lamps that were very dirty. The……
