“The house was very clean, well maintained, and a great size for all of us. The neighborhood was very walkable and the house is super close to the beach which allowed for lots of walking. The host was very responsive and friendly and gladly answered any questions and concerns we had. The website provided when booking also made everything very clear and was referenced many times during the trip as it was so thorough. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay at the beach and would……

“We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Walks on the beach, lobster and beach pizza! I couldnt connect to the house rules so if i neglected anything i apologize.”

“I had a great stay at this cozy little inn. The host was great to communicate with and the room was perfect! I was up visiting family and this was the perfect place to relax and spend some time near the ocean! It was quiet and I loved the parking, as I had my big ol farm truck with me. The room was clean and they had little snacks that came in handy! The bed was comfy and had a little fridge and a microwave. It is just steps from Hampton Beach and up the road from the strip, but close to all……

“The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc”

“Best thing about this ocean side studio was the location. Fabulous being on the ocean (in a budget friendly rental) ! It is a small space. We were hoping to cook meals but realized upon check in that the kitchenette wasn’t equipped for that. (Minimal pots/pans, no table to eat at) The bed was really squeaky but still comfortable. Space was clean and that is appreciated.”
