「Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. 」

「The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.」

「Clean spacious room with full kitchen and 30 second walk to the beach. Friendly and courteous staff and easy free parking. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, outdoor concerts, movie night on the beach. Located on a quiet side street so the best of both worlds. We slept with the windows wide open and it was quiet. Definitely returning with my family and recommending it. 」

「We had a great stay at Hampton. The cottage was set back from the street so we didn't hear any noise or traffic at all which was a huge plus. The house was perfect for us and Gary was responsive to any questions that we had. 」

「Host was very helpful, a nice relatively quiet spot just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean Blvd, friendly neighborhood. Very clean, with a nice view of the sunset. 」

「Minutes from the beach and very spacious rooms. 」

「It was a good location and the inside was very nice. The only thing, although small, is every unit had a screen in the window except ours which I would have loved to open the window. Also, the shampoo, conditioner & body wash was not labeled so I had no idea which was which. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a great time.」

「John was very responsive and flexible when we reached out. I loved the parking situation. The twin trundle bed made it easy for a family to stay here. We would stay here again. 」

「We just had amazing week at Ediola seaside home. The house was immaculate and fit all our needs - the bedrooms were comfortable and having the 2 couches was great for our family of 6. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect distance. Parking was also great and easy. Seamless check in. Kitchen had all we needed as well. 」
