Perfect creative and cozy atmosphere

I did a solo trip for a couple nights for some self reflection and self care. It was the perfect space to draw, meditate, and walk. It was an inspiring space and location. I would highly recommend it for an intimate getaway with a bestie or your partner. The sunset at halibut point was chilly during my time of the year but worth it

At first glance I was a little nervous - seeing the view of the cottage from the road - then when we walked down the stairs wow! What a great surprise this little cottage was! Directly on the water with a small patio perfect for 2 people to sit and have coffee or cocktails. The space was very clean with everything you'd need to cook meals - we ate out for the 2 nights we were there - how could we resist such amazing fresh seafood options??Parking can be rough in Rockport, but we found a spot just a little down the road and left our car there for our entire stay - you're walking distance to anything and everything! Don't let the idea of a pull out bed deter you - it was plenty big enough and super comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower and sinks.Can't wait to come back and stay in the fall!!

What a great surprise!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband's 60th birthday weekend. He was a little nervous when we pulled up and couldn't see the property from the road (only the roof). When we went down the stairs, WOW! Location! Location! Location! The little patio is perfect for 2 people to sit and have coffee or cocktails and watch the boats, fishermen and wildlife. Walking distance to everything! The inside of the cabin is rustic, as stated but very quaint and clean. Good water pressure in the shower and sinks.We chose to have meals out while we were there (how could we resist all the fresh local seafood??) but the cabin is equipped with anything you'd need to cook meals and enjoy the quiet time. We were both very pleasantly surprised and can't wait to plan another visit in the fall! Looking forward to cozy evenings with the gas fireplace burning!

Great time out

We loved the water fowl and watching the activity in the harbor. It was super quiet in the cottage at night so we slept very well. The bed is remarkably comfortable—it’s a super queen size, not the double we were expecting. Free parking right across the street was no problem.

Perfect Quaint Cottage

The cottage is a perfect stay for two people, directly on the harbor and eye level with all the wildlife. Beautiful propane fireplace and sun sets to enjoy in the fall. The cottage was cozy and great for a couples romantic get-a-way as well as the perfect setting to work remote. We went during the 'off season' for tourists but many shops if not all shops were still open- the seafood was delicious and the locals were kind, talkative, and enhanced the stay. All shops were local owned, and the town is booming with artwork.

Highly recommend!

We loved staying here and will definitely be back! The house was adorable, and the views were outstanding. We had everything we needed, and the home was very clean and welcoming. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops - excellent location! Highly recommend this Rockport gem!
