“This yurt was exactly what I needed. I was traveling from AR to PA with 2 kids and puppies. This yurt had everything we needed. It was clean and beautiful. It also had more accommodations for dogs than I even realized.”

“I came up for a "Dad's Weekend" with my VT kid. I first checked hotels and because it was the VT spring game and parents weekend, prices were outrageously high. I checked VRBO and this property came up. It was much more reasonably priced, had more space than I needed, and parking was convenient. The neighborhood isn't anything fancy, but I didn't go there to walk around Christiansburg, plus the 15min drive to VT is easy. All-in-all, much better than a hotel room. Would definitely stay there……

“This would be our first glamping experience. We drove in on Friday, unpacked, then spent a good time sitting on the deck reading, while spotting dear and turkeys grazing. We then took a walk through the field, which has many paths to choose from. We chose the one that took us by the pond, the gypsy wagon and the Lee homeplace. It was so peaceful. Although we had stayed with the Lee's before, (the pink cottage)and walked the path previously, a new bridge had been added and also an arbor. It just……

The location was also great and very convenient to everything in Floyd. The owner was also amazing and helped accommodate us at the last minute and was very responsive. “Very cute and comfortable. If you love being in the woods but close to town it’s perfect. It was a pleasure running into the owner at a brewery performing music. He managed to over hear chatting with the locals realize I was there and came over to say hi. That was really cool and made my stay feel more homie and welcomed. I plan to be back.”

“My brother and I stayed here for a few days in the spring as a nice break from work and to get in some fishing. The cabin is equipped with everything you need whether it be a short or long stay. There are plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You have a full kitchen at your disposal with a good size dining table and there is also a washer/dryer if you need them. There is plenty to do in the area, but there is also a TV with satellite service and a bunch of board games for rainy days. The……
