「Discovered and Booked reservation day before. Arrived a little before 8PM nNday of stay. Staff checked us in with little fanfare. Explained everything about the place and where to get everything we needed for a comfortable evening. We wished we had more time to stay and take it full advantage of the place. We woke up and seeing horseback rides being done around the place. We left around 9AM so we could get to our next destination on a much longer trip. This may be a longer stay next trip. 」

「Our stay was perfect. This location is convenient to downtown Estes and close to both the Beaver Meadows and Falls River RMNP entrances. We had a 1BR/1Bath which met our needs perfectly. Brandon was friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit was clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this to friends.」

「We stayed in June of 2025 and had a fantastic experience! The house is immaculate and well cared for inside and out! Excellent location between many trailheads and all of the activities within Breckenridge! We have recommended this place to many families considering a trip to the area and we would absolutely stay again! "This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. Built against the mountain, the hotel appears to have four separate buildings, but they are conveniently connected by a corridor on the fourth floor.
Located at the entrance of the town, it is right across from a gas station, a convenience store, and a fast-food restaurant that stays open until 10 PM.
The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decent. Dinner portions are generous, though the variety is limited. Breakfast, however, requires a longer wait. The staff are friendly and approachable.
