"The lodge actually felt fairly new. The Eatery was close enough to walk with several choices. You’re there for the outdoor view, but no TV in the room is a little spartan and the WiFi doesn’t have nearly enough bandwidth for the property. Thus, can’t stream (or do anything else for that matter) either. No cell, no WiFi."

"We were in Revy for a 4 night getaway and really enjoyed our stay at Northwinds. The room and general building areas were clean and well maintained, although the hot tub was out of service during our stay. It's only about a 20 minute walk in to downtown if you want to wander around car-free. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Staff was super friendly. The restaurant had good food but service was very slow. The waiter was super nice but we had to flag them down to order, to get more drinks and to get the check. Location to town was perfect. Bus stop was right out front but the walk wasn't bad either."

"The hotel itself was good and front desk staff were amazing! The bar/restaurant customer service on the other hand was a different story (with the exception of our waitress when we came for breakfast). 3 different times we were treated like we were annoying or ignored when approaching the host desk to get a table or ask a question about the coffee bar. If we stay again, we will not be visiting the restaurant/bar."

"What a stunning hotel! Walkable in to the centre of Banff and the hot pool is lovely to wind down at the end of the day. The room was spotless and parking is underground and safe. We loved our stay here."
