“clean and tidy, mattress a bit soft, lots of mosquito”

“Office not occupied until 4 pm. There is a sign in the office window asking guests to go across the street to a bar to get checked in. Bar employees not sure what managment wants to do with reservation but they gave me a key to the room. Talked with employee at 4 and got things squared away. Apparently smoking allowed in bar.”

“They had a good breakfast- had hot food.”

“Our stay was excellent, the only thing to make it better would be if the pool/hot tub was open. After traveling all day we wanted to soak, and it was closed for renovations. But the room was great, super comfortable bed, friendly staff, and delirious breakfast before we headed to the Grand Tetons. It’s close to the parks, but far enough away to not pay the expensive prices of staying closer.”

“Overall fun and Cozy place to stay. Pro’s - super comfy bed and pillows - complimentary coffee, water, juice, and snack bar in the lobby - several sitting and lounging spaces around the property, inside and out. - staff was amazing and polite. - right by the Platza for food, drinks, and casual shopping needs - wood fire Sauna (did not uses) amazing amenity to have after a long day. Con’s - rooms don’t have refrigerators, microwave, or coffee - basic room was smaller then showed in……

“Beautiful Village with clean, spacious rooms. Staff was professional, helpful and friendly. Hotel location is perfectly across the street from water.”

“The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.”

“We loved our stay here!! The room had everything we could need and really well thought through. Although the room had limited space, there were plenty of hooks and hangers to keep everything tidy. The bathroom was amazing - Rocky Mountain Soap, good hair dryer, and the robes were lovely. The bed was comfortable and tv was great. We enjoyed a chilled night watching a film on Netflix after a long day travelling. Check-in was easy and we were able to park outside our room. Definitely recommend……
