「clean and tidy, mattress a bit soft, lots of mosquito」

「Office not occupied until 4 pm. There is a sign in the office window asking guests to go across the street to a bar to get checked in. Bar employees not sure what managment wants to do with reservation but they gave me a key to the room. Talked with employee at 4 and got things squared away. Apparently smoking allowed in bar.」

Pro’s - super comfy bed and pillows - complimentary coffee, water, juice, and snack bar in the lobby - several sitting and lounging spaces around the property, inside and out. - staff was amazing and polite. - right by the Platza for food, drinks, and casual shopping needs - wood fire Sauna (did not uses) amazing amenity to have after a long day. 「The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.」

「Overall, it was a great experience. The price point was on target for the level of accommodations. The staff were very kind, and it seems to be a family run business. The room and bathroom were clean and maintained, and the lobby and dining area were very nice. There was plenty of parking and the hotel itself was was walking distance from restaurants and right behind a Walmart so if we needed anything, it wouldn't have been an issue.
