「Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs.」

「The price was fitting for what we needed. Very little to almost nothing check in instructions. The listing said AC, was surprised to find window units and the kids room did not have any unit so had to use a fan to blow air in there throughout the day and into the night. Did not specify no laundry washer/dryer on-site. Was not overly accommodating in providing options beforehand, especially when gets usually expect to have laundry onsite when renting a house. I had a dad and his two sons over to...

「This property is beautiful and the host was very responsive. We were in town for a funeral so unfortunately wasnt able to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. The view is breathtaking, we saw deer, wild turkeys, swans and more. I would suggest kids 8 would be better suited. I had to chase my little around to ensure they weren't touching or playing with any of the decorations. Plenty of bathrooms and counter space. No cell reception but the Wi-Fi worked throughout the whole home....

「Could not ask for a more helpful, kind, accommodating host, who made sure we had everything we needed and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way. Really sweet home on a mellow street, with a very private backyard and pool that heats up quickly and retains heat well, too. (Wish our own pool did that!) We really loved being SO village-walkable — we hardly used the car. Lots of good spots for meals and ice cream. What a wonderful way to kick off the summer with our crew!」
