We had a great stay on Hatteras Island. The House was perfect. The ice machine in the refrigerator broke. The Management had a technician out to repair within an hour. Not only that, but they brought bags of ice to us every day until the replacement part arrived and was installed. The house was clean and comfortable. We had nothing negative to say and enjoyed our week at the beach. "WE" were 7 adults and 6 children.

Beautiful house - terrible management

House wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm when check in is 4. No one at the office answered my calls. The lawn was unmoved and weeds were growing into the disgusting grills. I called and asked this to be take care of. They said it would be - it never was. There is also a missing wooden rail behind the hot tub creating a safety issue. We were traveling with small children so this was especially concerning.

Amazing house

The house and the housekeeper was amazing! Thankfully she was there cleaning when we arrived as we never received our code to unlock the door and it took a day to get in touch with the realty company. Would had been a terrible first night in the car had we not been able to get in. Do the due diligence ahead of time to make sure you get in. Other than that the home is amazing and loved the beach! First time OBX visitors and will definitely be coming back!

Great house for a large family

Although the house was great for our large family and friends gathering, there were a lot of things that were either broken or badly in need of updating.

Beautiful views

This was a big home that was very nicely decorated. The views are amazing and it is steps away from the beach. The only problem we ran into was the air conditioner was not working. A great guy came into the house and installed 5 window units for us. The pool was perfect.
