Both apartments include a queen, pull out queen sofa bed, optional roll out twin bed, full kitchen, 1 bathroom, shared full laundry area, with areas for relaxing, bonfire & a gas grill. The apartments offer cozy decor highlighting historic facts about Spartanburg & Roebuck, SC. The charming apartments include a large room with designated areas for the bed & living area, a kitchen and separate bath. We are minutes from downtown Spartanburg.
The space
This pair of studio apartments offer cozy patriotic and historic decor with a living room and bedroom area and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom in each apartment. Both apartments are charming and include a queen sized bed, optional queen sized sleeper mattress firm sofa, and an additional roll out bed. It has a private drive and is detached from any other living quarters. A full laundry area joins the two studio apartments.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to the apartments & property right around the apartments. Guests can enjoy walking the neighborhood if desired. Guests will enter from a driveway that leads directly to the apartments. Guests will also enjoy watching birds on the feeders in our yard.
Other things to note
Our location is ideal to visit the Spartanburg area. We are 15 minutes from downtown Spartanburg, 40 minutes from downtown Greenville.
