"The room was nice and the staff was great. The only issue was we were there for 3 nights and there was no room service at all. We had to call for towels. I also feel they should put everyone with pets should be on the first floor. We were on the second floor and there was a large dog that barked so much we couldn't sleep. We had to call the staff and we believe they took care of the issue because 1/2 hour after call, we heard the dog in the hallway and then the night was quiet."
