Beautiful pool

Very nice Villa with extensive gardens, a large pool & plenty of outside seating. Plenty of sun beds & shade if required. Villa has aircon & is 2 mins from bars etc

More than expected

The communication with the owner was prompt at all times. And the villa was accurately described, plenty of space, the pool was amazing, a big hit with our children. The aircon was a massive bonus for the 2nd week when temperatures shot up. A lovely row of restaurants and bars literally less than a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommended, we are definitely considering coming back next year. Thank you

Brilliant Villa we stayed in this villa 3 years ago and thought it was excellent. The work they have carried out internally has taken up another level. The new bathrooms and aircon in the third bedroom have made what was already a brilliant Villa even better. Will definitely try to book again for next year. Thank you

Wonderful

We found this little gem last minute and was the best thing we could have found... The villa is huge and on a huge plot of land very private.... The pool area was fantastic the table tennis a great way to unwind.. Internet was amazing and loads of English channels. The area is just lovely and a minute walk to 3 bars and and Italian restaurant . Our favourite bar was a English one called monos great food and cheap and so friendly. Loads of places to eat a five min drive away. Back to the villa all bedrooms have air con, all I would say is it would have been nice to have air con downstairs as very hot in the evenings. Beds all very comfy ( we've stayed in some where beds were awful) the kitchen is brand new and lovely and modern. A small nag when we arrived the fridge and freezer hadn't been emptied so filled the bin with old food from fridge and freezer not a huge problem but maybe a thought for the owner to have a word with the cleaner! Also the beds weren't made - tiny niggles that's all. As I say if you want an away from it all in a huge detached villa with lovely pool and out door shower then try this lovely villa.... Lounge ample space for four adults to sit on very comfy sofa... The nearest beach is ten min away but to be honest we layed around the pool area ( sun on it all day and lovely sun loungers... Would we go again oh yes in a heartbeat!!!!

Tolle Villa in der es an nichts fehlt!

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in der grosszügigen Villa mit sehr grossem Pool und toller Aussenanlage. Der Vermieter war sehr kooperativ und die beauftragten Partner (Reinigung, Technik, etc.) sehr dienstleistungsbewusst und angenehm im Umgang. Herzlichen Dank und jederzeit gerne wieder!

Maison chaleureuse et très fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec un bébé de 2 ans et demi, nous avons passé de très agréables moments, la piscine est très grande et très agréable, elle est ensoleillée toute la journée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison et ses extérieurs, plusieurs coin repas extérieur. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, idem pour la climatisation! Yvan l'un des propriétaires est très avenant! Juste pour que tout soit parfait sur toute la ligne, si la piscine pouvait être chauffée en toute saison ce serait parfait. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir très bientôt 🙂☀️🤩

Très belle villa, piscine remarquable !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances super agréables la maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée il y a tout ce qu'il faut, l'équipement de la cuisine est en grand nombre et en qualité, une clim dans chaque pièce et un studio indépendant très pratique. La piscine est très grande, un paradis pour les enfants( pour tous) L'extérieur de la maison est spacieux on peut rentrer les voitures par un portail électrique. La description de l'annonce est vraiment conforme à la réalité. Marco, le contact sur place, est d'une grande aide en cas de soucis. Merci à Yvan le propriétaire qui était à notre écoute pour que notre séjour se passe bien et je sais qu'il est toujours dans l'amélioration permanente. Merci à Marco et Roland pour leur aide. We had a lovely time in this beautiful property celebrating my husbands 30th with both sets of parents and our two toddlers. The pool is very large so perfect for a large family and lots of fun was had! We enjoyed having the separate studio - it worked well having a baby in their with the travel cot provided. A short walk to Quesada centre and a very well equipped kitchen if we ever decided to cook inside! All in all one of the best properties we have ever stayed in and really hope to return. The owner was also extremely helpful and fast at replying with any queries so would highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Was a nice place to stay fairly central to Albatera and la Marina. Apart from the steps up to the front door and down to the swimming pool the villa was very comfortable with plenty of seating and tables around the rooms and outside so you can eat inside in air conditioning to your desire, in a enclosed veranda if the weather is uncertain or by the barbecue near the pool . Kitchen and laundry room very well equipped. Rooftop terrace has a nice view . Four supermarkets close by . Best butcher in the area just off Main Street to get barbecue meats . Vets close if you take pets . Would stay again

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances super agréables la maison est spacieuse bien équipée il y a tout ce qu'il faut, une clim dans chaques pièces et un studio pour un couple d amie qui était avec nous afin de garder de l indépendance. La piscine est un peu petite mais assez pour nous et les enfants se sont amusés. Nous avons un bébé de 1ans, il y avait 2 lit parapluie et une chaise haute. L'extérieur de la maison est spacieux on peut rentrer les voitures par un portail électrique, il y a 1 trampoline, une table de ping ping, belle terrasse près d'un barbecue en brique, une piscine avec assez de transattes autour et un coin salon pour prendre l apéro. Tout y est quoi. Le seul petit problème était que le boîtier électrique sautait de temps en temps mais après avoir appelé Marco qui le contact que l on a sur place, il nous a tout de suite aidé. Merci à Yvan le propriétaire qui était à notre écoute pour que notre séjour se passe bien et je sais qu'il est toujours dans l'amélioration permanente. Merci à Marco pour son professionalisme. Je reviendrais c est sûr, je vous conseille cette location sans hésitation dans une magnifique région que je connais depuis 3 ans.

Très belle propriété avec grand confort

Nous avons passé de très agréable vacance dans cette magnifique propriété très bien entretenue avec très grand confort. Le propriétaire est très serviable et répond rapidement à nos demandes. Le jardin est très bien et il est clos, cela a permis à notre jack russel de pouvoir être libre dans la cour. La villa est situé dans un secteur très très calme peu être un peu trop pour nous qui avons l'habitude du secteur de playa flamenca / zénia avec plage et commerce à proximité. La personne qui s'occupe de la piscine est très sympa et serviable. Par contre, Il faut absolument un véhicule.

Great location

Very central location with everything you need from a villa. Comfortable beds, aircon, lovely pool, other activities outside (basketball and table tennis as well as a trampoline). Bars and restaurants within 2 mins walk and the town is a 25 minute walk. Yvan is a great host. it is not UK TV and it was great to get a break from TV! Decor won't be to everyone's taste but look past that. Its a great family villa. Highly recommend it.

Magnifique villa qui correspond bien à la description du propriétaire, elle est très bien placée dans un quartier résidentiel. A 2 km de la maison il y a un parc aquatique et à moins de 10km il y a la mer. Très belle piscine. Nous regrettons pas notre choix pour les vacances de cet été car nous avons passé d'excellente vacances!

Je descend régulièrement dans cette belle région et je dois dire que cette maison est vraiment très agréable c est que du plaisir je suis resté environ 1 mois et demi et je m y suis senti comme chez moi on a pas du tout l impression d être dans une location . Les meubles et accessoires sont de très bonnes qualités et il ne manque de rien le rapport qualité prix est vraiment excellent . Je retournerai bientôt dans cette propriété avec grand plaisir . De plus le propriétaire est à l écoute de nos besoins et toujours disponible pour un renseignement . P.Busche

Séjour merveilleux

Je viens dans cette maison chaque année depuis 2012 Et à chaque fois c est une "surprise " et un grand plaisir de revenir . La maison est vraiment au goût du jour avec toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires pour se sentir comme chez soi . Chaque année nous avons vu les travaux effectués par le propriétaire. Nouvelle entrée ,puis nouvelle cuisine moderne et au goût du jour. Suite à certaine remarque le propriétaire a fait rajouter une climatisation dans le salon ,il est vraiment à l écoute de ces vacanciers,toujours disponible et très sympathique cette année nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir la nouvelle véranda qui est juste magnifique ainsi que la nouvelle terrasse. autour de la piscine 6nouveaux transats modernes ont fait leur apparition pour notre plus grand bonheur . Les enfants ont toujours beaucoup de plaisir à se retrouver ici , trampoline, ping pong ,basket balle tout est pensé pour nos enfants . D'après une connaissance sur place une nouvelle Piscine serait prévu pour l année 2018 ou 2019 . La maison est située dans un quartier calme et très vivant à moins de 200m on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin . La plage de Guardamar à moins de 10 minutes en voiture est juste magnifique . Petit avantage sur la cheminée vous retrouvez un tas de carte de visite de restaurant ou de monument à visiter Et ce n est pas forcément des pièges à touriste c est plus du local. Pour les familles plus nombreuses un nouvel espace a été crée il s agit d un petit appartement de 40m2 Entièrement équipé avec également une climatisation une cuisine une salle de bain idéal si vous avez la belle famille avec vous ... Bref un pur bonheur à chaque fois dans cette merveilleuse villa Nous somme impatients de revenir l année prochaine A.Tran
