「This property is perfect for an Exuma getaway. We had 3 couples, every couple had their own bedroom and private bath. There is a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. The view of the marina and having a dock is an added bonus. We love Exuma and will stay here again when we visit. 」

「Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this house. Nothing like having a private beach to yourself. Eric has probably been the most responsive host I've had and provided a phenomenal guide for the house and area. During low tide I recommend the walk across to the island on mosquito cay, the beach is unreal. Also before you head out to a local business or restaurant call ahead, they don't follow there posted business hours. Highly recommend will be back」

「The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.」

「The house was perched right on the best beach in Exuma. Everything was comfortable, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, beach chairs and loungers, kayaks, paddle boards.Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well laid out with each primary suite overlooking the beach. The host was very quick to respond and answered all our questions before and during our stay. The on-island manager who checked us in/out made the whole process as easy as it could be. 」

「Our week at Savage Sands was amazing! The house is impecably kept and has everything you need for your stay in Exuma (tons of beach and pool toys for the family!) The views are incredible, the beach is clean and calm to relax or be in the ocean all day. We loved hanging out in the infinity pool. The inside of the house is beautiful, very airy and bright, very pleasant to lie ge indoors and look at the views. Only thing I wished was an outdoor dinning area in the back with views to the ocean, but...

「We stayed in August. Villa was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, beach towels, kayaks and beach toys. Owner was always there if needed. We asked for a cooler and a couple of hours later it was waiting for us by the front door. View and location are unmatched. Plenty of outdoor seating, beautiful private beach and a gazebo with the most stunning view. Charlie, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property.
