“My husband and I stay at this property every time we are in Port Mansfield and we always enjoy it. We actually refer to it as our home away from home. The view is amazing and we love sitting on the back patio at the end of a long fishing day. The house is always clean and the owner is extremely courteous. We already have our next stay booked at this property in July!”

“Dining options are limited. Freezer and refrigerator freezer smelled over powering of fish but this is a fishing community. Everything was adequate, cabin was clean. Got to see deer and a fawn right in the yard. There is no grocery store so plan accordingly and Mondays and Tuesdays there no places open for breakfast. I would recommend this lil cabin. Had good Wi-Fi and good selection of tv apps. ”

“I had an awesome experience staying at this house. It is on the ground floor, so no hauling coolers and bags upstairs. It was very clean with a spacious living area, brand new shower curtains, and brand new towels. I really enjoyed the front parking area and was easy for in/out access with my boat. Overall great stay.”

“Comfortable and convenient for a fishing trip in the Laguna. Small house, but spacious with all the necessities! Covered parking on a new concrete slab felt secure for boat and equipment. Easy water and electrical access for the boat. Wonderful remodeling inside, could use some clothes hooks/racks. No closets. I’ll be back!”

“Door handle on one of the bedrooms kept falling off, there was water bottles and trash under one of the beds, trash on windowsills. Hair on towels and in sinks and showers. Food on kitchen counters. Neighbors dog kept coming over and pooping in the yard.”

“This is a great property right on the water in Port Mansfield, good for fishing, relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The private dock is about 300 yrds long, has lights, and great for fishing 24/7. Direct access to the water with our kayaks was challenging as the seawall and dock are too high to enter comfortably, but there was a space on the lot next door that had storm drains and easy entry. Water depth at the end of the dock is about 4ft but has tons of fish, especially at night. The home was……

“The place was nice and fairly clean. Jessica was very helpful when we had trouble getting in. We were displeased that Internet wasn't working the first day, but fixed the next day. For the price - a little high - you need TVs in each bedroom. And you need hair dryers in the bathrooms. But towels nice. Bathrooms clean. Kitchen and living area clean.”

“Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen……
