“Other than being over priced and such. Would stay for a few months if the hotel was around $26 a day. Very nice hotel and wonderful staff.”

“The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. I had a nice time here and the staff was really nice but I’m also not sure if I got scammed or not. The area of the hotel was not……

“We absolutely loved this place and will go back for sure. The room was clean and beautiful. The onsite restaurant and cafe was great value and delicious, especially the coffee. The pool was clean and lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they were able to arrange tours, pick ups or in room massages. Family Friendly too. ”

“I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap”

“酒店的服务很好，工作人员很热情。但是酒店位置比较偏，晚上的时候酒店外的街道是没有路灯的，不敢步行回来。客房面积比较大，但是我们入住的时候阳台一直有两只超大的壁虎，无法在室外”

“Very friendly, helpful staff. Great massage that’s very affordable. Food was good. One of the most beautiful, comfortable pool areas. Even on a hot day, very nice. We like the area a bit out of the noise but close. Always tuk-tuks outside.”

“位置理想,離市中心和景點距離也不遠;服務貼心,會有專員跟進你的需要,包機場接送;酒店內大部份設施都能免費使用,房間不錯,唯獨設備老化,房間的門鎖有時未能正常鎖上,”

“旅館是非常適合度假的環境，房間很大又舒適，尤其喜歡洗浴用品，味道很好聞。旅館中部有泳池使用，工作人員會貼心幫忙提供浴巾，因為趕時間退房還幫忙將泳衣烘乾。旅館有早中晚餐，非自助型，要點單后現做，味道不錯，價格也不貴，只是分量比較小。工作人員態度很好很熱情，有welcome drink和水果點心，有免費的機場接送服務。 唯一不好的是位置非常偏遠，包車司機都要繞好久才找到，旅館用突突車進行機場接送，都要走大概45分鐘才到，周圍沒有地方可以去也沒有餐廳。”

“My husband and I had a great experience with the hotel. Kind and very helpful staff, every corner in the hotel is well maintained and cleaned. We dinned almost every night at the hotel, food was nice and clean. Would love to recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Angkor Wat.”

“Says that they offer transfer and late check out until 00:30 which are both inaccurate. Stains on pillow and robes in the room, dated decor, wifi isn’t working, terrible breakfast. Not worth the money.”
