“only the location is good. The room very very dirty and everything inside are old. toilet has bad smell. Breakfast not good at all. I will not stay here again.”

“Clean and tidy room. Great location. Small boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. Located on second floor of an office type complex. Room is tight fitting but bed is large.”

“Clean room. Friendly desk staff, porters, and pool side snack bar. Shuttle was available but not guaranteed because it picks up from other hotels. A taxi was arranged by staff but the driver charged an exorbitant amount to go to the airport. We were told 35 Euros, but he charged us 55 E. Felt we were taken advantage of. Staff should avoid using this particular taxi driver in the future.”

“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”

“We had an excellent stay! Very close to the Ostia Antica Ruins which is a must do. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed including breakfast. The owners were so accommodating and very nice. Highly recommend this property.”

“A clean room with all the necessary equipment for our last night in Italy. The home is in a nice area close to the airport. We walked to a restaurant that was recommended by the owner and it was good. You can even take a taxi and go walk by the sea . She helped us to get a transportation to the airport as well .”

“This is a nice location outside of Rome. Very local community vibe. Expedia said there was a shuttle to the hotel but there isn’t. But it’s a 10 minute walk from the Santa Marinella train station. Room is older but quiet and clean. Lots of sweets for breakfast which was included. Very nice getaway.”
