Dora & Rossella were absolutely amazing hosts from start to finish! They were so helpful with a late check in and early check out and were so accomodating and nothing was too much trouble! Room's are nice and clean and the bed is super comfortable after a big day of exploring. The added little bonus of water and other facilities such as tea and coffee in the morning at no extra charge was also a little cherry ontop of a great stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again next time we come back to Rome!

Improve the breakfast!

Cons: Bad breakfast experience. Too little food and too few people working to serve the start of the day. Pros: Very close to the metro. Hotel is quite new and size of the roomis great compared to London size.

Not a hotel. Rooms connected to a common entrance. Outside noisy. Poor sleep quality. Air-conditioner not good. Water pressure not good. Amenities quality is poor.

Do NOT stay here. I checked out after only one night. There was no hot water. What warm water the shower did have was a tiny trickle. When we informed the manager they stated that the previous guest also had the same issue but the building's systems were old and could not handle more water flow. This is not a hotel, it's a converted room in an apartment suite. The manager promised a refund, but so far they have not done so.

La chambre était prête à l'arrivée et un panier rempli de petites attentions nous y attendait. Un frigo contenant eau et vin est mis à la disposition des occupants sans frais. Les propriétaires communiquent par Whatsapp pour toutes demande ou questions à chaque jour, ce qui est fort utile. La chambre est très propre et bien climatisée. Les restaurants à proximité sont nombreux et de bonnes recommandation. À recommander sans hésiter.

Mis à part l’air conditionné dans notre chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas parfaitement, le reste était merveilleux! Rossella et Dora sont vraiment à l’écoute et offrent un super service!

Prisvärt boende i centrala Rom

Fantastiskt bra boende där man sköter sig själv. Perfekt att åka flygbussen till, endast 7 euro per person. Bra gångavstånd för att besöka Vatikanen och bra restauranger. Med bra promenadskor kan man gå till de flesta sevärdheterna i centrala Rom. Otroligt hjälpsamma och trevlig personal ex. tidtabell eller bagageförvaring. Ingick kaffe, diverse drycker och snacks under hela vistelsen. Rent och fräscht med sköna sängar och kuddar. Rekommenderar varmt detta boendet.

Nice stay in Rome.

Nice stay close to Vatican. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Common area equipped with coffee maker, kettle, small fridge and something to eat (coffee, tea, sweet rolls and other products for italian breakfast). Thank you Dora and Rossella for nice stay at your suite. I strongly recomended.

Rossella was an amazing hostess. She guided us on how to get in our room due to a late check in. She was such a friendly person and made herself available for whatever request we had. Her sister was also super friendly and helpful. We are late sleepers and the cleaning folks understood this and worked with us to not disturb us. My girlfriend and I were so happy staying here. Nightly they put out little breakfast snacks and free water and drinks if wanted. They bought us a birthday bottle of wine and wrote a nice note for us to celebrate with it. We cannot say enough about how happy we were staying here. And to top it all off, its close to the Vatican and other places to visit. Thank you so much Rossella for your kindness.

Great place to stay - very clean and modern, yet comfortable. Rossella was extremely friendly, accessible and responsive. The only downside was that the AC wasn't working for one night but it was fixed as quickly as possible.
