There is a built-in romance in the Stunning Living Terrace with breathtaking views of the ancient Rome of this unique and exquisite Penthouse! Relax in the glorious spaces of Atticus that offers elegantly furnished rooms with parquet floors and comfy sofas.
A view of the ruins of the Roman Forum, the Roman Forum, the Monument of Unknown Soldier in Piazza Venezia, and the Palazzo Quirinale (Quirinal Palace, the official home to the President of the Italian Republic).
210 square meters (2,300 square feet) for this unique penthouse, with two master bedrooms and multiple spacious living rooms. The "fireplace area" features a large sofa that can accommodate two guests in their unique privacy, with a working fireplace.
Moses by Michelangelo and the historical neighborhood Rione Monti.
There is a Café attached to the building, and about 15 restaurants within only 200 meters.
Atticus offers an enchanting stay in Rome by providing You a First Class Living of the Eternal City.
Self-service breakfast is included in the rate.

We had an amazing stay! The location of the apartment is perfect and the views from the terrace are beautiful. The host and crew were wonderful and communication was fast and easy. The mid-stay clean was a nice refresh. The beds were comfortable and the 2 different pillow options were a nice surprise. All of the provided water and breakfast items were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. When we return to Rome, it will only be to Atticus!

We stayed at this most beautiful location in Rome with my husband and our 21 year-old daughter and her friend. The location is absolutely perfect. We could walk nearly everything but chose to take an Uber to the Vatican. First off, the apartment is stunning! Very clean Everything you need! My daughter has celiac and they provided gluten-free treats upon arrival how thoughtful.The check-in process was seamless. We had help with our bags.The rooms were huge, the bathrooms were lovely.The real showstopper here is the huge terrace, it overlooks a large part of Rome. There’s a little walk area that connects all the rooms and there’s a sitting area outside the master bedroom that’s beautiful.Every night we would sit out here and every morning we would have our coffee.Speaking of coffee if you would like to have it in the room, they have Nespresso or there are wonderful local options just steps away outside the door.I really can’t say enough about Ann and Julio.Our room was cleaned beautifully and everything was taken care of. They helped us get rides where we needed them and gave us wonderful suggestions for local restaurants.I would suggest getting a reservation for the aroma restaurant early. It is a rooftop and stunning. it books up in advance many days. I feel it was worth it.You can walk to the Colosseum, Trevi in Spanish steps easily.I just can’t say enough. I plan on bringing my sisters to Italy next year and will definitely be staying here.Thank you!!b

The apartment was perfect in every way. We were met at the door and given an introduction to the property. It was located within walking distance from may attractions and when you weren't out enjoying those attractions, there was a wide terrace to relax and hear the noises of Rome moving up and down Via Urbana. You could imagine Julius Caesar walking from Suburra down to the Forum. The double gazing made the rooms very quiet and there was lots a space and light inside the the apartment. Next in Rome, I shall stay there again.

Gorgeous Apartment with Wonderful Terraces in the Heart of Rome

This apartment is stunning. I have rented apartments all over the world and this one is even more lovely than the photos. The entire experience was a cut above. We arrived to be met by a nice young man, (Julio) who took our bags up to the apartment. Yes, there is an elevator (lift) but there is a short flight of steps to the elevator and another once you reach the 5th floor. Not to worry, bags were taken up for us and back down when we checked out. The hostess, Lia, was available throughout our stay for any questions that we had; I have to say that communication with the managing staff was excellent. Also every other day cleaning was so nice—which normally does not come with apartment rentals. The apartment is beautifully renovated and decor was just as you see in photos. The kitchen is fully appointed but I was surprised to find the kitchen stocked not only with basics, but the hosts had stocked the cabinets with some breakfast items like bread and some Italian snacks and jams for breakfast. The refrigerator had yogurts for our breakfast and yes, Prosecco, but milk and butter pads as well. We found this lovely since we were too tired to grocery shop immediately after our long flight. When traveling, it is sometimes all about the little things after all. The terrace!!! We spent so much time enjoying the terrace and the fabulous view over the rooftops and monuments of Rome. The view was truly extraordinary. The living spaces were comfortable including the bedrooms. An

Wonderful views!

This farm house villa was a delight. The bedrooms all face the sunrise and beautiful grounds of olive trees and vineyards. Front of villa faces the sunset. Which if you haven’t seen Tuscany sunsets then you are missing out! Margherita was an absolute delight! She had put together true Italian appetizers and a lovely bottle of Italian wine upon our arrival. Then when we left, gifted us a bottle of olive oil made from the olives off her property! She was just the sweetest and wanted everything to be perfect for our stay. We will be back when returning to Italy!

A Gem of a Penthouse in the Heart of the City.

We loved our stay at this VRBO penthouse in Rome! The location was perfect - close to venues, with a market across the street. The penthouse was safe and clean, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The patio and warp around the terrace were a nice bonus! Watching the sunset and listening to people sing at night was one of our favorite things. The overall ambiance was cozy and welcoming. Communication with the property owner was smooth, and check-in/check-out was hassle-free. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome.

The property is just as advertised. It is lovely. It was very comfortable for my husband and me and our daughter and son-in-law. It is close to Forum in a very safe neighborhood. The bedrooms are very large and the ceilings are high. The jewel of the property is Lia who seems to have many hats. We would love to stay there again. To us there were no negatives.

Wonderful 8 days in Rome!

Our first trip to Europe and just loved the beautiful property decorated for Christmas and the hosts! Great views from the terrace and in walking distance to great restaurants, grocery store, and to the must see sites in Rome. Took train to Florence, saw soccer game, but didn't have time to go to Venice. We had the time of our lives!!!

Fantastic Apartment

Stayed 8 nights and loved the property and the hosts. Alberto and his team (shout out to Lia) made sure we had everything we needed and helped us with extras like taxis and airport transportation. Location is super convenient to Metro and an easy walk to must-see sites in Rome, Monti neighborhood has lots of restaurant options and Alberto provides current recommendations which we greatly enjoyed. Busy but relaxing week in Rome

We spent a busy week in Rome and after lots of walking around the city it was so relaxing to come back to the calm of the Atticus penthouse. The location is perfect for seeing the sights by foot and the metro is right outside for longer expeditions. While being right in the busy Monti area (lots of restaurants/bars and a quality grocery shop right across the road), being perched up at the top of the building allows you to escape the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself is beautiful, luxurious and well appointed. The outdoor space is also worth a mention with its spacious seating/eating area and wonderful views towards the Roman Forum area and across the rooftops - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The check in process was very straightforward with great coms with Alberto and the team who were always just a message away to offer assistance during the stay. In summary, we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again…. Highly recommended.

My husband I recently spent 10 wonderful days in Rome. We are experienced travellers and it is no exaggeration to say our accommodations at Atticus Forum Romanum rivalled any five star hotel we have had the pleasure to experience. Atticus Forum is entirely as advertised, beautifully appointed, very comfortably furnished, spotless and well located for exploring all Rome has to offer. The nightly sunsets from the terrace where spectacular! Our host Alberto could not have been more helpful or accommodating. He organized transportation, private tours and restaurant reservations and did so with great humour and efficiency. His warm welcome and helpful assistance truly took our visit to the next level. We would not hesitate to recommend Atticus Forum to anyone and sincerely hope we are able to return to this beautiful spot again in the not too distant future. Fantastic property, Beautiful view from balcony, Great location.

The property is better in person than the photos. Two large bedrooms with two bathrooms. One en-suite. Mosts popular sites within 5 to 25 minute walk. Otherwise, Uber is readily available. Alberto and his team had the apartment spotless and the kitchen stocked with essentials to begin our stay. Mini-Mart across the street. We have stayed at quiet a few AirBB’s over the past 10 years. This was the most outstanding unit and management.
