Amazing Ponte Milvio

In this bright and elegant apartment you can spend a relaxing stay in the lovely and interesting Ponte Milvio district, perfect for a group of up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern building, with lift, has two bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with sofa bed and dining table. A balcony is an additional space to enjoy a few moments of relaxation during the day. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms.

For arrivals after 20:00, a supplement of 30 EUR applies, while for arrivals after 00:00, a supplement of 60 EUR applies.

City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.

For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.

the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days from check-out.
