My apartment on Via Ferruccio is a refined apartment: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace. Please note that there are three steps to access the kitchen and terrace (see photo). All the comforts: air conditioning, heating, internet, and TV. It can accommodate 4 people + 2. Well connected to public transportation, the subway, and services.
A comfortable private terrace awaits you, where you can enjoy breakfast al fresco, read a book, or simply relax under the Roman sky.

Please note that the tourist tax required by the City of Rome is €6.00 ​​per day for a maximum of 10 days per person. This tax is NOT included in the price of the stay and must be paid in cash upon check-in. Cleaning and linen changes are available for long stays (more than 10 nights) (excluding pots and pans) for an additional €70.00. This is NOT included in the price of the stay and must be paid upon completion of each service. The apartment has two beds in each bedroom; the fifth and sixth guests will have an additional bed in each bedroom. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Requests for check-in after 8:00 PM will incur a surcharge of €35.00, while check-in after midnight will incur a surcharge of €50.00, to be paid in cash upon check-in. Check-out is by 9:30 AM. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide the necessary documents for registration.
