Good old room. Good cleaning service.

I thought the room was decent seemed a bit old. The room was clean but shared kitchen area wasn’t. The cleaning service folded and hung our clothes which was super nice. I also wish they had charged the Rome tourist fee before I got there not after.

Not bad

Location was great. My room had a detached bathroom, I did not like that at all. The room ok. Decently clean,,,, but the mattress is run down and bothered me,,, I can be a little drama myself, but when the mattress is not firm enough my sleep is ruined.

This was my first time in Europe and I was a bit nervous traveling with my two girls. This was a girls trip. The owner of the hotel was one of the best things of our trip! He was outstanding!! He sat down with the three of us, explained everything about the hotel, the city, good spots to visit and stayed in touch during our entire stay. He was available to answer any questions in many ways. Easy going, honest and truly a good person. The rooms were very clean and with a modern look.
