Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely stay. The flat was spacious and clean. The location was ideal for first time visitors to Rome. All of the big sites and train were within walking distance. We wished we could have stayed longer it was so relaxing!

Nice apartment and neighborhood

Stayed here with my 3 kids and husband and it was a lovely apartment and neighborhood. The owners were extremely helpful organizing transportation to and from the rental. Building and neighborhood were safe and lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Only suggestion I have would be to have a smoke and carbon monoxide detector in the apartment (this always concerns me when traveling). Otherwise definitely recommended

Large, bright, well-equipped apartment near transportation and train.

Our family enjoyed staying in this large apartment near Termini, Santa Maria Maggiore and the Colosseum. The apartment is close to public transportation, shops and everything you need for your stay in Rome. Bonus that Regoli bakery is around the corner!The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking ng and the outdoor patio was an added bonus.

Very loud neighbors

The location and apartment are great but the neighbors were so loud at 1am we had to call the police. By 2am the police arrived and were able to get them to be quiet. The owner was out of the country so could not do much to help but I want other people to know this has happened.

Lovely Apartment

Thank you to our hosts for making our party of 6 feel very welcome. From original booking to check out, nothing was a problem and Sandro was so welcoming including arranging very efficient transfers to and from airport. The apartment is in a lovely, old building, with a lift, located very close to the Papal Basilica of Sancta Maria di Maggiore (spelling?) and a less than 15 min walk to colosseum, the train/metro station is also close by which we used a few times. Can be a little noisey at night but it didnt bother us.Highly recommend.

Host met us, arranged for driver to pick us up at airport and take us to the cruise terminal after our stay. They also recommended a local tour guide. There were 6 adults staying there and we loved it.

The space was beautiful and spacious for our group of 6. The rooms were very big and had air conditioning units in each room. The host arranged a driver for us from the airport which was great. Would definitely stay again.

Very charming property unfortunately the weather was chilly so we could not take advance of the lovely patio. Only complaint is the heaters could work a little better.
