Relax and enjoy a comfortable and cosy apartment in a central location
Space
Casa da Maurizio is located in a historic building in Rome from the beginning of the 20th century. Very original, quiet and equipped with every comfort, overlooking a tiny street, it will be your starting point to visit the Eternal City.
The 80sqm apartment consists of a nice dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm width double beds with sofas and Smart Tv each one and 1 bathroom.
Air conditioning, washing machine, independent heating and one of the fastest free internet connections in Rome are available for our guests.

For your safety we provide a fire extinguisher, a smoke carbon monoxide detector and a gas sensor.
The furnishings have been carefully designed to create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere with a typical touch of Italian elegance.

Access for guests
The apartment is located in a historic building from the beginning of the 20th century on the 1st floor. There is an elevator. To access the lift there are 7/8 steps.

We are located in the Esquilino district, in a strategically position, near the archaeological heart of the Eternal City, the Coliseum and the Appia Antica, a step away from the multiethnic market in Piazza Vittorio, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and the cosy clubs, restaurants, pubs and cafes of the University San Lorenzo district. Casa da Maurizio is a perfect place for your holidays in Rome, you will enjoy the position, the atmosphere and the originality of the area.

Große Wohnung in sehr sehr sehr lauter Umgebung ohne Schallschutz

Die Wohnung ist angenehm geschnitten, hat jedoch nur einfache Fenster im ersten Stock zu einer Hauptverkehrstrasse mit rumpelnder / quitschender Strassenbahn. Somit ist man 5.30 Uhr munter - es sei denn man trägt Ohrstöpsel oder ist taub. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine - jedoch keine Trocknungsmöglichkeit - außer den Stühlen und den kurzen Heizkörpern. Für die Wohnung wird noch eine extra-Rom-Reisesteuer in bar (derzeit 6 /Person/Nacht) fällig versteckte Kosten !!
