Great stay in Rome!

Loved the layout and outdoor space and what was provided I’d really only like to post positive things but the mattress in the queen bedroom was terrible, I had to in another room. I would stay again if that was better.

Perfect location and amenities

The apartment was the perfect location for walking to all of the major sites in Rome. It was very clean and modern with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Plenty of room and bed options for five of us traveling together. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace to enjoy the spring weather in Rome. Check-in was smooth and communication prompt and clear, they were waiting for us at the door when we arrived from the train station.

Fantastic experience!

The apartment was great, exactly as advertised! The AC was a saving Grace in the heat of Rome in August. The kids loved their single beds and the apartment was very spacious so plenty of room for them to play. The outdoor roof deck was a great bonus! …lovely for breakfast in the morning, space for the kids to run around and be loud, and perfect place for a glass of wine in the evenings for adults after the kids went to sleep. The three flights of stairs were tiring but even after long days walking miles around Rome in the heat our kids (4 and 6 yrs old) could handle it. Bathrooms and kitchen were basic but well-stocked and perfectly suited our needs. Overall, fantastic experience and I would highly recommend to families!

Family Rome adventure

Apartment was great. Family of 5…could have easily had 1 more person. Location was fantastic. Easy to get to all the main points of interest either by walking or grabbing a cab. So many local restaurants to pick from away from the crowds made it nice. The owner and management company where so nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Great locatyy

Very nice apartment. FANTASTIC TERRACE! Nice decorations. Lots and lots of closet storage. Easily accomadates 5 people. Good bathrooms. Well equiped kitchen. Close to a small but good supermarket. Close to many of Rome's tourist sights. The people who run the property are very nice and helpful. They answered our emails fast and were there to let us in without us having to wait. The only thing that could be a little better is the air-conditioning. Rome is hot in the summer and even with the AC on 24/7 the apartment never got below 27C/80.6F. I would definitely go back but not in July or August because of the air-conditioning.

Super Lage

Die Wohnung ist mit schöner Kunst ausgestattet, passt aber zum Rom Ambiente. Das absolute Plus ist die Lage!! Am Colosseum ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Dachterasse ist großartig, allerdings muss der inzwischen schwarze Sonnenschirm dringend ausgetauscht werden. Wer da drüber wegsehen kann, genießt eine fantastische Privatatmasphäre mitten in Rom! Die schöne Küche ist zum Spaghettikochen absolut geeignet und es gibt tolle frische Lebensmittel in Rom zu kaufen. Das einzig störende waren die Bettgestelle, die haben schon beim normalen Umdrehen so gekratzt, dass wir die Matratzen auf den Boden legen mussten.Für kleinere Kinder aber ok. Das große Elternschlafzimmer hatte dagegen einen tollen Schlafkomfort! Alles in allem unbedingte Weiterempfehlung!!!!
