The property is only six months old so it was in excellent condition and is a fantastic renovation of the old bank building. The location is perfect and the staff are all helpful and friendly. The room was very clean with all of the amenities that you would expect in this type of hotel. The only downside/slight negative was being presented with a €65/night service charge on check out. This left a sour taste and whilst discretionary we would never refuse it as the staff were lovely, but why don’t you just include it in the rate up front and pay your staff appropriately. It shouldn’t require a fixed service charge of this nature to remunerate staff with a good wage when you charge these types of hotel rates.

Easy one of the best hotels I stayed in in my life. Property is new and beautiful. Rooms are extremely quiet and noise isolated , something very important to me. Location is perfect and safe. Staff was above and beyond , helpful and nice , food at the restaurant was the best I had in Rome. Just book it.

Best hotel we ever stayed in. Impeccable service. The hotel is brand new. Rooms are spacious and have every amenity you can wish for. Rooms are cleaned twice a day. Great bar and restaurant. We highly recommend the Corinthia Rome
