This is our 3rd time renting this apartment. The cleanliness, location and host keeps us coming back! Our stays have been seamless. It is walkable to many sites in Rome. The 2 bathrooms are perfect for getting out early in the morning with a family. We are thankful for this apartment and its lovely host and staff.

We lives our stay here and would definitely stay here again! Great location in the center of everything. We are a family of 5 and We have 3 adult children who slept in the bedroom and loft. We slept in the pull out in the dining room. It was surprisingly comfortable! Francesca was so sweet and a great host!

Wonderful stay!

This apartment is wonderful. My wife and I stayed here with our 3 kids for about a week. The apartment is clean, large and in a great area. It is just a short block or so to the Trevi fountain. The host is very reliable and helpful. This apartment is perfect for a family of 5. Absolutely perfect.

Fantastic location, so close to the Trevi fountain, but also very quiet. We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids (9.12,15), there was plenty of room, we chose to sleep on the sofa bed in the bedroom, as the ceiling on the mezzanine is very low, would definitely stay again, great value for money

We had the best time in Rome. The host communicated regularly with us and we were able to arrange for a tour guide as well as transportation to the apartment from the airport even before we arrived. Notre arrivée en avion a été retardée et j'ai prévenu Francesca. Arrivés à l'appartement, Paolo le propriétaire nous attendait et nous a présenté l'appartement: il était tout a fait conforme aux photos et propre. Au cours du séjour, Francesca s'est montrée prévenante et nous a accompagné dans certaines démarches. A la fin du séjour, elle nous a réservé un taxi. Un emplacement très pratique pour visiter Rome et de belles personnes pour gérer l'appartement, ce fut un très bon WE pour nous!

Amazing location, everything we needed during our stay.

The apartment was clean, the check-in process was almost seamless. The only small hitch is that while it is located directly in front of the Trevi fountain, it’s a bit hard to find. But Cecilia came to meet us and lead us back to the apartment. Really wonderful customer service!

Perfect for family and close to everything!

The place is just what we needed for a weeklong stay in Rome. We are family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child). The place is big enough for us. Very clean and has comfortable bed and sofa beds. The kids really enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi internet speed. My husband and I enjoyed the many restaurants, shops and the proximity to landmarks like trevi fountain and spanish steps. This property is highly recommended to family like ours. The host is commendable too for being very accommodating to our needs. On our last day in Rome, our flight is scheduled to depart at 7pm. The host lets us leave our luggage til 3pm so that we could enjoy few more hours touring around before our flight. Thank you very much!
