Lordly, wonderful, large, quiet and comfortable apartment. Completely renovated in January 2025, it elegantly combines classic architectural elements, such as frescoed ceilings, with refined furnishings and modern equipment and systems that ensure maximum comfort for guests.
It is the ideal solution for large families or groups of friends to comfortably visit the city staying in an elegant, relaxing and central location, well and easily connected to other historical and archaeological city areas because the closest metro station is just 4 min walk away. The central train station "Termini" is just 10 min walk away.
Many major attractions - such as the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the National Roman Museum (Baths of Diocletian and Palazzo Massimo alle Terme), Palazzo Barberini (National Gallery of Ancient Art), the Opera House, the Roman Aquarium, the Museum and Crypt of the Capuchin Friars, and the Quirinale Stables - are all within a less then 30 minutes walking distance.

The apartment has four big double bedrooms (three beds are 160 x 195 cm, one bed is 170 x 195 cm), a big twin bed room (beds size 120 x 200 cm), four full bathrooms with shower (two bathrooms are ensuite in two double bedrooms), a service bathroom (only toilet and sink), a huge living room with lunch area, a livable kitchen, a laundry and 2 balconies.
The apartment is fully furnished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, air conditioning (in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, smart TVs (in living room and in the kitchen), Nespresso coffee pods machine, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer machine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Always vigilate children when they are on the balconies.
Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 300 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
