Lovely flat in the heart of Rome - perfect for our overnight stay was great location, 15 mins walk to the Vatican City. We stayed as a family with teenage / adult children - so only having one bedroom, and the remaining 3 beds in the living room wasn't ideal - but for one night we worked around it. Small kitchen had what we needed, and aircon was a godsend. We found the flat itself a little difficult to locate - the doorbell info didn't match that given by the contact, but that wa a minor flaw. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Ein herausragender Gastgeber mit einer toll gelegenen Wohnung

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dieser Wohnung gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Wohnung war alles was man braucht und noch mehr vorhanden. Moderne Elektrogeräte und der Charme einer älteren Wohnung ließ uns den Aufenthalt genießen.

We had a fantastic stay in Rome. Checking in and out was easy. The location was ideal as we were able to walk wherever we needed to go. It was HOT in Rome during our stay but the A/C at the apartment was a perfect escape when it became too much to be outside. Communication with the home owner was pleasant and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a memorable visit.

What a wonderful stay in Rome!

The location of this apartment was perfect. Located only a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona, it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and all the sites we wanted to visit. We were able to walk everywhere in Rome, and its central location also made it easy to come back home for a brief or a nap anytime. The apartment is on the second floor (counting US style) and was very quiet thanks to the impressive double-paned windows. The entire apartment was very clean and well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in, too. We felt safe and comfortable staying there. There is a taxi pickup spot very close to the apartment, so it was easy to get a taxi to the train station when we left. Our host, Francesco, was very helpful and his communication was very reliable. He arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, which was much appreciated and highly recommended. The driver was very friendly and he explained various things about Rome to us on the way to the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment, Ms. Rosie met us in person to show us the apartment and explain everything we needed to know. Thanks again to Francesco for hosting us in such a beautiful and spacious apartment. We truly had a wonderful time in Rome!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay In this apartment. The location was perfect and Francesco was so friendly, helpful and communicative. Great recommendations on where to go and where to eat especially Forno Monteforte for breakfast! Although the apartment is really central it was very quiet at night and we slept very well.

The apartment was well-appointed and had everything and more than we needed. Anna assisted in coordinating a pick-up for an excursion we had booked which was very helpful. Pedestrian walkways, abundant restaurants, a market and a bakery nearby made it a most convenient and enjoyable location.

Best location in Rome

This apartment was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable, even the pull out sofa bed. Location was within easy walking distance to all the sites, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. No need to drive any where. Francesco arranged a car for us to the airport at competitive rates to taxis and was a fantastik host. Communication was very detailed so you knew exactly what to do and he even provided instructions and helpful links to trains into Rome. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

This apartment is located in a great location. It was very clean and updated. There was good communication with the owner Francesco. He was very helpful and even arrange our ride back to the airport. Mrs Rosie let us in and even came looking for us after the taxi driver sent us to the wrong side of street. Its actually easy to find it's on the corner of the main rd and Via Sora. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Thank you Francesco for a great experience.

Great Apartment Excellent location Great Host

The Apartment is just like the pictures. Very clean comfortable everything you need for any cooking you would like to do. TVs worked great enough channels and the Internet was just fine and important to me but no problems. We found we could walk to most places and right across the street there were plenty of restaurants although we explored different areas to eat.. We spent 2 wonderful weeks very comfortable in the apartment. The bus is also nearby like within a block if you would rather not walk and easy to use. Francesco was great to work with and always responded when you had a question. We had him set up the car service that worked perfect and we had lots of luggage that was not a problem and the Driver really helped with that also. When I failed to notify in time when I was leaving and that Driver was unavailable Francesco relieved me of that worry also. He booked another driver saw to it the price remained the same and everything went like clockwork to get us back to the airport. He took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation. I would definitely book this apartment again when in Rome. Thank you again, Francesco, for your Apartment and the attention you showed us while there.

Property was well kept up, comfortable, and spotless and spacious for 2 people.Good size bathroom and everything worked. Steps away from cafes and supermarket and short walk to Piazza Navonna and anything else you would need. Close to taxi stand and bus line ,yet surprisingly quiet for it's location. My family of 5 stayed here 4 nights. The apartment was clean and well kept. The most comfortable beds of all the apartments we stayed during our trip. The best part of the property is the location, You can walk to every major attraction. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby. There is a little market across the street for groceries. The bus stop is right out front. This place worked well for us. I would say that 5 was pushing the limit on space. I thought there were more beds. There was a queen and pull out chair/bed in one room and a pull out couch in the other. It can be a bit noisy at night but didn't bother us - Rome is a big city. Again, the apartment worked well for us. Clean and in a great location.
