A delightful apartment in an elegant neighborhood, well-connected to all major tourist sites. Just a 13-minute walk from the Vatican Museums and a 4-minute walk from the "Cipro" metro stop on Line A, which quickly reaches central Rome and Termini Station.
Relax on the private panoramic terrace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying meals outdoors! In the evening, it lights up with tiny lights—a touch that reflects the Host’s passion.
The penthouse is located on the 7th floor, with elevator access to the 6th, in the charming Cipro neighborhood, close to the Vatican. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a spacious shower and bidet.
It’s equipped with air conditioning for the summer and independent heating for the winter.
The highlight of the home is the spacious terrace with views of St. Peter’s Basilica, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying pleasant outdoor dinners. There is also a small service balcony, ideal for drying laundry comfortably.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment.
They will receive the keys (for both the building entrance and apartment door), which should be returned at the end of their stay.
