  • Artist's Studio. 35 square meters/400 square feet studio. Located in the picturesque Monti neighborhood, the apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and is on the first floor of a private, historic townhouse dating back to the 1600s. It has its own private entrance on Via dè Ciancaleoni, one of the most charming and traffic-free streets in Rome.

We liked the VRBO. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. It was down the street a few blocks from the Colosseum and other attractions.It was as described in the pictures and we were happy with our time there.

We loved staying at Alessandra’s studio. The space is perfect for an individual or couple and is conveniently on a ground floor. We stayed for four nights and each day I noticed a new smart design detail or thoughtful touch. It is extremely well located: while it is close to great shops, restaurants and bars in Monti, the street is quiet day and night. The Colosseum and Roman Forum are about a 10 minute walk, and for attractions further afield the bus and subway stops are an easy 5-10 minute walk depending on your destination. Alessandra was so helpful and accommodating with an earlier check in after a long night of travel. We highly recommend her studio and would stay again.

This property is beautifully designed and set out with all the facilities you need in a quiet little street but within easy reach of a little grocery store, cafes, shops, restaurants and is perfect for sightseeing.

Alessandra was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all of my emails. The property is very comfortable and well located in Rome. When you go, make sure to eat at the Black Market at the end of the street.

Perfect Stay!

This VRBO was perfect! The location was great and safe. The bed was comfortable and the AC was frigid cold, which helped a lot in the summer. We would definitely stay here again. Amazing host and place!

Cute VRBO in a great location

Very nice studio in a quiet location. It was easy access to restaurant, shops and points of interest in old Rone. Very nice accommodations. The host Alessandra was helpful when we had questions.

Great flat in a great location

Wonderful little flat central to many of the attractions of Rome. Kitchen area allowed eat in breakfast and dinners when the lunches out were a bit much. Great closet areas and on-site laundry to boot. Would stay again.
