Excellent location, in the middle of the high-end shopping district. Lots of restaurants and food around the area. small grocery store within a few steps. This property's strong suit is the location and the customer service provided by Marta. The rooms are small and a little crammed, the slanted ceiling makes all the floor space not quite usable. If you are tall, you will probably bump your head at some point.

Fabulous location, short walk to the Spanish Steps and metro stop. Very clean and quiet room, AC unit worked well and was quiet. Room was cleaned everyday. Taxis park nearby so finding one is easy and fast. There are lots of shopping opportunities and dining as well.

The property manager was very helpful and accommodating, best service I’ve had at a small hotel. I highly recommend staying here for the Roma experience. It is also nice that every attraction is within walking distance.

Good stay in Rome

This was a good stay and information provided by the owner. The room was perfectly for three people and close to most of the attractions. The only painpont areas to carry on the luggage two floors as we were travelling 20 days in Italy and had a big effort to reach that level.

Great location, right by the Spanish steps, trevi fountain and roughly a 25/30 min walk to Vatican and coliseum. Very close to quite a few bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend staying here. It was perfect.
