Our new apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere, in front of the historic Church of the Saints Forty Martyrs, a few steps from Piazza S. Maria in Trastevere, John Cabot University and the major points of interest in Rome.
We are enthusiastic about weaving relationships of trust, interest and conviviality, we are taking care of our guests. The apartment is suitable for families and couples who want to share a place in the center of Rome with the necessary privacy.
It is completely renovated, with a view of the external of the church and the roofs of Trastevere, and with modern furnishings and attention to detail.
The apartment, equipped with every comfort, is located on the third floor of an elegant building. There is an elevator (rare relevance in the heart of Trastevere) and it is extremely quiet.
It has a living room and brand new kitchen, equipped with every modern accessory: induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine to name a few. We will make sure that there is always a traditional Italian espresso in the morning !!
You will find two comfortable bedrooms with King Size double beds with 25 cm high mattresses, duvet covers with fine sheets, large wardrobe, desk, ample safes for PC, luggage rack and Smart TV with free Netflix channel. One of these rooms offers the possibility, upon request, to obtain accommodation with two single beds.
THIRD ROOM, with a beautiful view of the Trastevere area, with a beautiful view of the city, a bed and a wardrobe, Queen size and 25 cm mattress . It has all the same comforts as the others including the 42 "Smart TV. When you want a simple gesture the bed disappears and you can enjoy a comfortable sofa.
If you are a couple of 6 people you can leave your room in a double room, there is another area of the house with large table where you can eat in 6 people
There are, therefore, three large bathrooms, two of which are en suite, with large showers (two 90x140), with simple daily gesture, chromotherapy and a fantastic sound system to make a pleasant experience !!
You will find all the comforts such as air conditioning and heating, fast Internet and cable Wi-Fi.
Washing and drying machines at your disposal, besides the ironing board and iron.
Pets are not allowed, of any size.

If you are three couples or at least 6 people you can leave it for the whole time of the stay as a double room, as there is another area of the house with a large table where you can eat in 6 people
