Great apartments!

The apartments are in a great, safe, convenient location. There is a grocery store and are cafes nearby. The metro is really close and it is only one stop to the Vatican and only a few more to other sights. The apartments are cute, clean and well appointed. The service is fantastic, and we loved the patio.

Lovely cool apartment.

We enjoyed a great weeks stay in this very cool, clean, modern apartment. The location is great! It is in a quieter part of town yet close to the underground station that allows you easy access to the city. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with lovely sized rooms & we felt really secure at night in it. The local supermarket is just around the corner as are several coffee shops. If you like to get an early start to the day get up and go around the corner & have breakfast in one of them on your way to the underground station. You can also walk from the apartment to The Vatican city & other areas if you love to walk. We walked to The Vatican & it took roughly 20 mins. We ignored all the touts trying to sell fast pass tickets to major tourist sites & found the queues not too bad anywhere. We queued 20 mins to get in to The Vatican. The queue for The Colosseum was huge if you bought the cheap Roma pass amazingly! so we were glad we hadn't and found absolutely no queue if you payed as normal. Top tip! You can't take bottled water or drinks in to Three Colosseum for security purposes! You have to empty it out but you can refill your bottle once inside from the drinking water fountains. St.Peters was a 15 min queue to get in. All in all I don't think the skip the queue passes are worth the money so our advice is don't bother and save your money. The touts try to scare you by telling you you'll queue for hours without one, don't believe them!
