Our Private Piece of Rome
We were thrilled to find the apartment was on a quiet side street away from the hustle, bustle of Rome. However, Walk two blocks either way from the apartment and we were in the midst of everything with 6 to 30 minute walk to most sites. The apartment had everything we needed. Bought supplies at local market and ate several meals in. Enjoyed a dinner at a local restaurant, Italian only menu, 1 block away, suggested by host, "Frezza Cuchino de Coccio". We felt like we saw a little more of a true Roman neighborhood along with the splendor, history and grandeur that is Rome. The host was very helpful and we were glad to have an elevator.
