1) Be a green guest and make considerate use of water and electricity. Before leaving the house, please check that you’ve turned off the taps, switched off the air-conditioning and all the lights.

2) Please let us know of any additional guests sleeping in the house. Kindly note that this is a LEGAL requirement. Please pass on their documents as soon as possible.

3) We love our parquet. We really do. It has been there for decades. Please help us to keep it amazing by not dragging your trolleys and nothing with wheels on it. Also, if you have the nice habit of removing your shoes at the entrance of your house, please feel free to do the same here.

4) Please separate your waste, we have household sorting waste.

5) Please leave the house clean and in good condition (we don't ask to pass the vacuum cleaner or wash towels and sheets of course, but we expect you do your dishes and don't leave piles of hair in the shower and garbage of any kind around the house). As you noticed, we keep the cleaning fee on the lower side; however if the house is found in conditions which go beyond any public decency you might incur in additional cleaning fees.

6) No parties allowed.

7) Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
