The apartment, located on the 5th floor with an elevator, offers two elegant double bedrooms and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofabed. At your disposal a fully equipped kitchen and two newly refurbished bathrooms. A/C, WiFi & Nespresso coffee machine are provided. What else? Get ready to enjoy your stay in Rome at its best!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The terrace is huge and is an additional room. The weather was perfect so we were able to use it frequently. The location could not be better. So close to the Pantheon and other sites. A couple of tiny issues, as Americans, there was not enough toilet paper so we had to buy some and the kitchen lacked any towels for washing up. Other than that, perfect!

Roman holiday

The location can’t be beat and the outdoor area was fabulous with views of many historic sites. Other reviews mentioned street noise and bird problems, but we are from the city and this did not bother us. I only gave 4 stars because for the price I would expect furniture that is not damaged and nicer bathroom supplies. A penthouse should be furnished and maintained like one.

great location but needs a few tweaks

We rented this unit for a month. Great location in central city. The super busy street out front was very annoying due to the many emergency vehicles passing all day long, as many as 15 one day and due to the busy street the sirens lasted for many minutes as they try to get thru traffic. The street does get much quieter at night. The 2 wood lounging chairs on the deck did not have cushions and after asking the iFlat maintenance over almost 3 weeks they finally provided them. The living room only has a 2 person sofa with no other seating and no tables to rest items on so bare minimal furnishing. The unit is on the 6th floor and the elevator was stuck at least once every day due to other tenants leaving the doors open and walking up 6 floors with tall ceilings was tiring and it usually happened at the end of our long touring days. The deck was enjoyable late in the evening but until then there is no shade and too hot to sit out there, adding an umbrella on the deck would have made morning coffee enjoyable out there. The cleaning crew did not clean the deck except once when we were inhouse during a visit, deck gets lots of pigeon droppings daily. The apt is managed by iFlat and they were responsive but it usually took more than one contact to get a response.

Great location but very noisy

This property is the penthouse suite of a five story building on one of the busiest streets in central Rome. The apartment itself is spacious with two large bedrooms with baths on opposite ends of the open living room/dining area. There is also a large patio overlooking this part of Rome. The apartment was clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well appointment with coffee in the cupboard. The description says there's a microwave, but we could not find it. The oven may also serve as a microwave, but there are no instructions and the host would not confirm it. The main complaint we had was the noise from the street and a large group of seagulls that live on a nearby roof. The southern bedroom and patio are very, very noisy due to constant traffic, honking cars and emergency vehicles from the street below. The noise tones down around 10:30PM but then starts up again by 6AM. The flock of seagulls is also noisy. We quickly learned not to leave any food unattended on the patio as the gulls quickly swooped down and stole the food, even knocking over wine glasses to get at the wine. The best part of this place is the location. The worst is the constant noise level from the busy street out front.

Great location

Very nervous about first time in Rome but we went ahead and booked this location for its outdoor patio. Could not have been happier with the location and the unit. Perfect for two couples and great location. Store just next door, so many restaurants within walking distance. And the manager helped set us up with airport pickup and droop off! Our time there was too short, should we be able to make it back again i would stay there for sure!!! Thank you for the lovely time!

The apartment is in the center of the city center and so all the main attractions are easy walking distance. The patio is a perfect place to relax at sunset.

Penthouse apartment in Rome’s historic center

Great apartment for a visit to Rome. Terrace is amazing, and the apartment is safe and very centrally located. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a grocery store literally 2 doors down the street. Check in and communication with the manager was easy. Would stay here again
