"Nice hotel but let down by EVERYTHING being extra charges! Never been to a hotel where the gym is extra (£9). Lots of facilities but you have to pay for everything extra which is disappointing and not clear when booking. Especially for £300 per night. Pros: - Clean room - Modern Room - large shower - Large TV - Good location Cons: - Gym Extra (£9) - Spa Extra - Mini Bar extra - No free water in room - No breakfast included - Reception staff not very welcoming - Balcony with no view - Expensive restaurant"

"The evening staff was great when we checked in however the day staff the following morning were not very friendly at all and I found them rude. The room was newer and clean. The shower worked well but the towel heat rack didn’t work at all, and a/c couldn’t cool the room down basically at all. Even if you set it lower the temp in the room never actually changed so it was warm all night. They charge you to use the shuttle service and for two people it’s almost the same as taking a $25 taxi! They do offer a service to take you into Rome but that is more than a taxi would charge directly from the airport and considerably more than the cost of taking the Leonardo Express. Basically anything else you would need will be an extra charge orher than a towel!"

"I was informed when I arrived that my reservation did not include breakfast - which is strange since I always include breakfast. I’m not sure if this was an Expedia issue or a hotel issue, but there was no way to go back and see if it was clearly disclosed that breakfast was not included. It was 3 people so an additional 75euro/breakfast - which did not seem worth it. Breakfast was just OKAY. Upon arrival was told I got a free upgrade - but it wasn’t - it looked exactly like the room I booked. My main issue was we booked a suite for 3-adults - but it was not set up for 3 adults. It only had 2 sets of towels and the “bed,” which was a sofa, did not have bedding (no sheets, Pillows, towels, blankets). We had to ask for them and got the items piecemeal from housekeeping. And we continued to have to ask for the 3rd set of towels and additional toilet paper. Disappointing for a hotel in this price range. Staff was pretty nice in general, but it did take a very long time to get the breakfast drinks we ordered (upwards of 20min for a cappuccino). Very pretty, loved the shower, and the rooftop restaurant was very good (also hot). Overall, I would never go back, but the visit was basically nice. Last year stayed at a different place that I much preferred."

"The staff are kind and helpful, they offer golfcarts for transporting luggage to and from the rooms. There is a laundry area on the camp ground which accepts coins, a café, restaurant and pool bar that serves snacks. The rooms are cozy and the beds and bathrooms were clean. We wore shoes inside because the floors were dirty. The bus is a few steps off of the property and takes you to the metro. There is a shuttle we did not use, but it looked nice and seemed to run on time."

"Rooms were okay but need more maintenance.Power panel behind bed loose and power point. Also,heated towel rack wouldn't work. There is no kettle in rooms, so not able to make a coffee or tea."

"Adoré mon expérience le personnel est vraiment gentil et aidant. Les chambres sont extrêmement propre (elles sont neuves en fait). Tout le bâtiment est très récent et moderne. Je recommande fortement. Il est aussi bien situé près de la gare Terminal de train alors transport en commun facilement accessible."
