Bea is such an awesome person. Her place is convenient to everything. It's close to the Vatican. There is a pasticeria just next to it. Baked goods are sooo good. Her place is very cozy, clean and roomy. I would recommend it to all my friends who go to Rome!

Communications was great, Beatrice was very patient answering all of our questions and responsive to our needs. Being able to check into the apartment early was a huge plus after coming off of an overnight flight. She also arranged our transportation from the apartment to the cruise port. The neighborhood the apartment was in had a grocery store and restaurants near by. We did need to take public transportation or a taxi to the Vatican and city center but that was not a problem for us. In Rome it is less expensive to take a taxi than an Uber as only Uber Black is available. A taxi from the airport to the apartment was 55 whereas an Uber ran 90.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean and excellent for our family. I would stay there again. We would Uber into the city for sightseeing and walk back. We loved exploring the city this way. There are plenty of places close at hand to buy food for the apartment and your stay.

The place is well located, nice code shop near by. The place is quiet and clean. We were 2 couples in our 50’s and really appreciate having our own bathroom.

Excellent Stay

This place had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Rome. It was comfortable clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh meals from the fresh produce from the market around the corner. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. One thing I didn’t realize was that it is further removed from Rome Central than I expected, which was not a problem, but if you’re looking to experience the Rome Central lifestyle this would not be an ideal stay for you. If you’re looking to stay away from heavily populated tourist areas than this is the place for you. We walked to Vatican City and a number of the must see attractions in Rome. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Beatrice and Romeo were very available and accessible whenever I needed any questions answered.

Loved our stay in Rome!

The layout of this place was fantastic, and we loved having a balcony. There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants around and it's run near the bus line that runs to near Vatican City. We felt safe walking around the area, and the bakery below has the best coffee! There was a bit of miscommunication of who was meeting us to let us in, but that was resolved pretty quickly. Beatriz is a great host!

Location was great. All our needs met. Street noise was a little surprising but we came to realize that was just Rome, in general. :) Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to buses. We were able to get everywhere easily without a car.

Convenient location

We stayed four days at this unit. Everything went well, the beds were great. The water in Rome is excellent far better than a lot of places we’ve experienced. The restaurants are very good just across the street. We tried four or five all regret. The bus transportation is right there one very important thing that I noticed was The building seems quite secure. It’s lockdown pretty good. But the best part is that the owner is not very far from you and if there’s any problems, she is great to handle anything. She handled our transportation and helped us above and beyond what we all expected. I can’t say enough about Beatrice what a wonderful lady.

Very clean modern apt. Did not prepare any meals but it has a full kitchen. Beatrice you thought of everything including Italy adapters( I dad my own) which shows attention to detail. Family Stay in Rome

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Rome. The property was exactly what I imagined it to be, if not better. Beatrice reached out right after booking and was easy to contact leading up to our stay. She graciously offered to have a driver pick us up from the airport for an additional fee. We declined thinking we could find cheaper options, which there were but only slightly. If you want to be worry free and avoid the stress of waiting in lines for a taxi, I would recommend taking the offer. We were greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the apartment which was appreciated. There was a bus stop just a few steps from the apartment and we found they were easy to navigate and pretty reliable. I would recommend staying here to any family and friends.

Fantastic apartment with a wonderful host!

The apartment is exactly as described and the check-in process was very smooth. Beatrice was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to my many questions and she was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was a welcome surprise. Her associate met us at the apartment to show us around and he pointed out the taxi stand just outside and directions to some nearby stores and restaurants. Beatrice arranged for a driver to pick us all up at the airport and she really saved the day by helping us arrange transportation to the cruise port when the place I had booked online canceled on us. There is a pastry shop just downstairs that serves delicious pastries so make sure to stop by and give it a try. My family and I had a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning in the future. Fantastic Location!

This apartment is exactly what we needed for our too short of a stay visiting our son as he studied in Rome. The neighborhood is not a tourist area, which we really liked. The metro is a short walk away and the city bus stop is right out the door, so all the top destinations are a short ride away. The bus runs early so we were able to get Vatican City before it opened and were amongst the first to get in St. Peter's. This was the best time before the crowds started. We then walked back to the apartment as it was only a 30 minute walk away. The pastry shop downstairs is lovely and there is a full grocery store on the next block. We really appreciated the door-to-door service with the van pick up at the airport arranged by Beatrice. For anyone planning to visit their student at Assumption University, the Villino is just an 8 minute walk away! Making this apartment the perfect choice.

Perfect AC in Roma

This was the perfect apartment, tucked away for quiet nights of sleep, but still only a short drive away from the city attractions. We experienced a heat wave, so the apartment AC was perfect to have on when we returned each day. It was very nice to have 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room, all the things. We enjoyed the coffee shop at the corner, and right across the street was a little grocery store, convenient store, McDonalds, ATMs, and many restaurants to walk to. We were able to catch a Taxi at the Taxi stop next to the Apt building a few times, but other times really needed the FreeNow app to schedule a taxi to come. Vatican was walking distance (~30 mins walk away), but we did need to allow at least 30-35 mins to get to central Rome attractions due to heavy traffic and waiting for Taxis. The owner was so nice, very communicative, and helped schedule airport transportation for us - highly recommend doing especially if you are a party of 4+ with 4+ checked bags. Would definitely come stay here again when we return to Roma!
