Eine wunderschöne Reise

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung in Vigna Licia zusammen mit unseren beiden Töchtern (9 und 11 Jahre) für eine Besichtigungsreise nach Rom gebucht. Da dies die erste Städtereise für unsere Kinder war und wir nicht wussten, ob sie die vielen Besichtigungen auch mitmachen würden, haben wir uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden. Und ich muss sagen: das war eine sehr gute Entscheidung! Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage, ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet mit der parkähnlichen Anlage einen sehr hohen Erholungswert. Perfekt also für Entspannungstage zwischen den Besichtigungen in der ewigen Stadt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und genossen die herrlichen Sonnenunter- und aufgänge auf den beiden Terrassen. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt von Rom war dank Parkhaus und Metro wirklich einfach. Insgesamt haben wir schon lange keine so schöne Reise mehr gemacht: alles unkompliziert, freundliche Menschen, beeindruckende Sehenswürdigkeiten, uvm. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

Hübsche Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage zwischen Rom und dem Meer

Sehr gepflegte und hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen in einem ruhigen Haus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen - Mittelpunkt eines schönen, liebevoll gestalteten Anwesens mit viel Grün, kleinem Pool, Whirlpool, Volleyballfeld, kleinem Fußballplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrrädern für die Gäste und vielem mehr. Klasse sind auch die Tipps der (sehr gut deutsch sprechenden!) Vermieterin Signora Licia bezüglich Rom besichtigen, Essen gehen, parken, einkaufen, Ausflüge außerhalb Roms und vielem mehr. In Roms Centro Storico gelangt man in ca. 40 Minuten: ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt zur Metro-Endhaltestelle Laurentina, dort parken für 1,50 Euro am Tag, dann mit der Metro z.B. 12 Minuten zum Kolosseum. Zum Meer sind es von der Wohnung mit dem Auto auch nur ca. 30 Minuten, z.B. zum Strand bei Ostia, was sich auch gut mit einem Besuch des antiken Hafens verbinden lässt. Alles in allem: Sehr zu empfehlen!

Séjour très agréable. Maison à 20 mn du parking du métro pour aller dans Rome. Piscine et jacuzzi bien appréciés après les visites de la journée.

Rome à la campagne

Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans cette résidence. L'accueil de Licia a été parfait : très sympathique et attentionnée (avec des conseils précieux pour les visites). Le cadre est très agréable (très grand jardin, terrains de sport et de jeux pour les enfants) et permet de passer un séjour reposant après les visites à Rome.

We did really enjoy this ...

We did really enjoy this stay in Rome. The context of the location is simply beautiful. As for the apartment, the living room is extremely elegant, nice to live it, bedrooms also quite nice. The kitchen is 70s style but nice in the way it adds a touch of "homefeeling" to the stay. Equipment: there's way more things we could need... Overall excellent stay!

"Die Ferienwohnung entspricht allen Ansprüchen in vollem Maße und die Umgebung sogar darüber hinaus. Das Domizil liegt in einer sehr gepflegten, parkartigen Gartenanlage. Schwimmbecken und Whirlpool sind sehr sauber. Die Terrassen laufen rund um die Wohnung herum und sind vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche aus zu betreten. Sie sind mit Gartenmöbeln gut ausgestattet, teilweise begrünt und auch mit Sonnenschutz versehen. Sie bieten einen wunderschönen Blick in die Gartenanlage und die schöne Landschaft - einfach traumhaft! Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich, der Fernseher verfügt sogar über alle deutschen Programme. Die Schlafzimmer haben geräumige Einbauschränke und die Fenster einen integrierten Insektenschutz, was besonders hilfreich ist, wenn bei Nacht noch Licht im Zimmer brennt. Das zweite Doppelzimmer ist allerdings etwas klein. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien gut ausgestattet, Gas-Herd, Spülmaschine und großer Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Vielleicht ist das Badezimmer mit Bidet, WC und Dusche etwas klein geraten, aber in jeder Hinsicht funktional. Wir haben uns absulut wohl gefühlt und die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Dieses Haus ist aber ohne die Liebenswürdigkeit von Frau B., die sehr gut Deutsch spricht nicht vorstellbar. Mit Rat und Tat stand sie uns während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Seite. Sie hat eine hervorragende Mappe mit allen Informationen zusammengestellt, die man sich nur denken kann. Der freundliche Hausmeister Eli kümmert sich um alles und Tierfreunde können Bekanntschaft mit einem sehr schmusigen Kater Leopoldo machen. Wir fanden die Lage der Wohnung für unsere Absicht - Städteerkundung mit Entspannung - ideal. Mit dem Bus und der Metro sind wir in etwa 45 Minuten im Zentrum Roms angekommen. Der kleine Alimentari in Strampelli hatte alles was wir brauchten auch frisches Obst und Gemüse aus der Umgebung und die Leute dort sind einfach nett. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. "

"Het appartement is prach...

"Het appartement is prachtig en rustig gelegen. Na een verblijf in de drukke stad is het heerlijk om hier te verblijven. De kinderen konden tafeltennissen en voetballen in de grote mooie tuin. De fles huisgemaakte Limoncello die bij aankomst voor ons klaar stond was niet te versmaden. Het enige minpuntje zijn de 2 grote honden die veel blaffen, vooral 's nachts."
