So close to Colosseum

We did not expect so close, just a 15 seconds walking and you will see it! Every day we will see it at least twice! Also very close to subway station and actually is a transportation hub because it’s location.Air conditioning IS WORKING well, Roma IS hot in later July!Bunker bed could be better if with a thicker mattress.Maybe because it’s Europe City the restroom is kind of small but good enough, just don’t compare with US.Highly recommended.

This is an older property with a loft bed which was hard to get to. Because of this we slept on the pull out futon. Not very comfortable. Decor was outdated. The contact person was excellent, returning texts very quickly. Fabulous location, though, a block from the Colosseum and trains.

Très bien situé pour visiter. Près de bons restos et apéros. Tout se fait à pieds en dedans de 20 min. À 5 min du colisée et du Forum Romain. À 20 min. de Trastevere. L'hôte est assez réactif et répond rapidement. Idéal pour un couple ou 2 amis.

Great stay!

My wife and I enjoyed 2 nights in Rome. Fabrizio was very accommodating to allow us to store luggage before and after stay. Sara was very thorough in showing apartment. Location was great to walk to/from Termini and all locations around city. Plenty Cafe nearby for coffee, drinks, etc

It was a great place to spend a few days in Rome. Location, location and location ! Right outside you have the Colosseo and a a nice walk to the roman forum. Lots of restaurants within reach. The stairs to the bed can be tricky at first but you get use to it and the bed is very comfy. Good and efficient and communication with the host. Definitely will come back

The perfect location

The property was exactly as advertised. A washing machine was available and easy to use. Walking distances to so many historic places. The colleseum is right outside the door. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk. It is in a lively neighborgood. I would definitely stay here again.

Right around the corner from the Colosseum!

Great little place that’s so close to the Colosseum. Sara was lovely and made sure we were familiar with the apartment. Communication was great plus there was AC. We enjoyed our stay in Rome !

One of the best locations in Rome

Located right next to the coliseum, go out the door and within a few steps you can see the coliseum. Nice, cozy apartment with all the amenities, great place to stay.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed the apartment. The Property manager on site, Sarah, was wonderful. She was helpful and informative. The location couldn’t be beat, it’s right next to the colosseum and the metro stop. We would highly recommend staying here.

Questo non vuol dire che la Sig.ra che accoglie gli ospiti, e che fa le pulizie, non sia in grado di svolgere il proprio lavoro, anzi....! Ma, casomai fosse necessario, le decisioni le deve prendere il proprietario e non un incaricato. Eviterete di perdere una giornata in attesa che qualcuno arrivi a risolvere un eventuale problema. Come è capitato a noi.

Posto adatto alle mie necessità. Un piccolo mini-appartamento con tutto quello che è necessario. Confortevole! Fabrizio (il professionista immobiliare) è stato molto premuroso e di grande aiuto alle mie richieste. La signora che mi ha accolto è stata premurosa, gentile e sempre disponibile ad ogni necessità. Io sono capitato proprio in un momento in cui i muratori lavoravano nell'edificio, questo l'unico piccolo inconveniente, ma indipendente dall'Agenzia immobiliare... Grazie mille: Roberto
