Close to Metro but not a spectacular property

Family of five (Americans). We liked how close this was to the Metro station, but the property itself was just ok. Biggest misses for me were: lack of dark curtains meant we were up with the sun (before 6am in height of summer), check in made us wait in the hot sun for a bit while the property manager arrived (would have been way better if we could access without someone there). The area of town was not that great - there was quite a bit of graffiti and the buildings were not well maintained. Two windows were broken (would not latch properly), and one of the rooms did not have AC, just fans. They were kind enough to leave some bread for our first morning which we thought was very nice. They had guide books for first-time visitors which we enjoyed as well.We did enjoy having toiletries like paper towels/napkins, body wash, shampoo and hand soap provided - that is not always a guarantee. The laundry facilities worked great as well.

L’accueil par Olivia est chaleureux et efficace. L’appartement est spacieux, insonorisé confortable et propre mais sur une rue très passante. Le quartier est assez bien même si de prime abord il ne paraît pas attrayant. Il y a des commerces (surtout le Conad plus grand à l’intérieur que vu de la rue), les stations de métro « Valle Aurelia » à deux pas et « Cipro » à quelques minutes, et des bus (un arrêt au pied de l’immeuble et une gare de bus près du métro Cipro). Les 2 stations de métro sont sur la ligne A.Le Vatican est à deux pas à pied, les principaux sites touristiques accessibles en transports. J’ai apprécié pour une visite en famille de quatre jours pleins, nous sommes arrivés lundi soir et partis samedi matin.À l’arrivée prenez plutôt le train express pour rejoindre le domicile, sinon préférez le bus pour circuler durant le séjour (c’est peut-être plus simple).
