Great, central location in Rome. Overall a good property for a family, but it could have had more kitchen utensils, glasses, etc. I also had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels.

Very centrally located. Price and space fine for two couples. Host was very easy to contact, accommodating for our needs and questions. Interior courtyard patio made for a fine, quick settling in day lunch area. Spacious kitchen, but not really needed so much in Rome. Bedrooms are away from street side. If there was noise coming from Armando Al Pantheon downstairs, we didn’t hear it. (Tip: reserve there well in advance and let me know how their food is nowadays. We couldn’t get in.)

Wonderful location and stay. The listing is accurate and the location couldn't place you in a better location to easily walk and navigate Rome. We greatly appreciated the outdoor space and especially having a washing machine to assist with our clothing. The rooms work well as far as size of the bedrooms, and in the living room and loft allowed for our family to have some space to relax after long days of sight seeing. Couldn't recommend more.

Beautiful property, centrally situated

Great stay. Perfectly clean. Property manager Franco was very helpful. In a busy area (literally 1 minute walk to the Pantheon) but very quiet. Location lets you walk or take an easy cab from the stand downstairs to anywhere.

Renters need to be aware that this property is a scam. We were denied our security deposit refund. We were accused of replacing a lock on the property which of course we did not do. I wouldn’t even know how to contact a locksmith in Rome. We did not damage any locks and we did not lose any keys. The amount to “ replace” the key happened to be the EXACT amount of our security deposit. The only reason this review has any stars is because of the location of the property and because it was clean and the air conditioning worked. The photos should be updated. The outdoor terrace is in disrepair with dead plants and junk cluttering the terrace. If you choose to rent this property, be aware that they consider your security deposit to be their money even if there are no damages.

Great location and great place for family!

This was a great location within walking distance of most key location for us to visit in Rome, obviously right next to Pantheon! Does not have a dryer, washer only even though it advertises a dryer. We were there with our two adult children and it was great for the four of us and really enjoyed the outdoor patio!

Amazing Location

This property was amazing. The location can’t be beat and is literally in the center of everything that one could hope to do in Rome. Furthermore, it is a 1 minute walk to a grocery store for those who like to cook. The only minor thing I would say is that for having such an amazing kitchen it would be nice to have just slightly more cutlery and dishes to avoid am having to do a load of dishes between every meal. But that is the only thing I could say. Couldn’t have been happier with it.
