Vatican apartment

The apartment is located in the center but in very quiet neighborhood, easily accessible by public transport, walking distance is the railway saint peter well as buses and subways easily accessible, ideal for those who want to want to visit the Vatican since walkable. The studio has a mezzanine and a sofa bed, there is also a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is comfortable for couples but also for families.

Communication was the best. The moment we landed he was helping us with information to reach the house. Questions were always answered. Condition house is good. While cooking sometimes the electricity shut down. Location is good for train and shopsOveral happy to spent our time here.

Wow! For my first time in Italy, I’m so grateful to have stumbled across this gem of a property. The location is perfect - it’s a stone’s throw from the Vatican and close to so many wonderful restaurants and transportation. The area is NOT busy and it’s extremely quiet. I loved being nestled in an authentic residential area in Rome; I felt very safe, too. The property owner contacted me very soon after my booking to set up communication, and he met us at the property to get us settled, which I really appreciated. One of the best parts is that although we were very close to some of the best parts of Rome, the area was much quieter and less busy than others. A fantastic stay - I hope to be back!

Die Wohnung ist klein aber mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. In der nähe gibt ein Supermarkt, Bar, Restaurant. In 15 Minuten Lauf ist man direkt auf dem S. Pietro's Platz. Die Lage ist super. 5 star VRBO host Francesco

Francesco was fantastic host - very responsive and assisted me with proper trains to take from airport to the apartment and from the apartment to the cruise terminal. My trip did not start out as planned - flight was cancelled US and rescheduled for next day. The property is very convenient to the Roma S. Pietro station. Non stop train from Roma S. Pietro to Civitecchia cruise port. short walking distance to St Peter's square and other tourist sites. good local coffee, gelato, restaurant options within walking distance. Apartment was clean and as described. Perfect location and private space for my brief stay in Rome.

Amazing!

Wonderful property with walking distance to any of the main sites in Rome. Super convenient to the Vatican. Gray to have grocery stores literally around the block. Had many delays and Francisco was super accommodating to the many changes so that I could get checked-in to start my adventure. Perfect for a couple, or more.

Good Short Stay

Francesco was extremely nice and it was very easy to meet up with him and get inside as soon as we landed. The place is small and it was a bit damp, but it met our needs perfectly for a short stay at the beginning of our trip. Beds were comfy and it had everything we needed. Thank you!

Emplacement parfait mais appartement négligé.

Excellente communication avec L'hôte. Situation de l'hébergement est parfait. Beau quartier tranquille près de tout. Le gros point faible est que l'odeur d'humilité est intense dès qu'on ouvre la porte. Les serviettes de bain pas encore sèche après 24h. Il y a de la moisissure autour de la douche, la poignée de porte de l'appartement nous reste dans les mains de l'intérieur, le couvert de toilette était brisé... Et il n'y a qu'une petite fenêtre qui est grillagée de l'extérieur, donc aucune sortie d'urgence.

Perfect location

To start the host Francesco awesome on point response to massages with in minutes... The location small but big enough for four people super clean and all you need for a short stay fridge stove top microwave plates and utensils comfortable loft bed and sofa bed .. Close to pretty much all want to see ... vatican city within walking distance. Well even metro or uber / taxi nothing more than 40 minutes away.. once again if traveling to Rome check Francesco place ..

The apartment is really close to Vatican. We also walked to Trastevere and the city centre. So the location is perfect. Quiet neighbourhood. The host is very kind. The apartment is in the basement so it’s a little dark and it was not very clean, dusty (my boyfriend got allergies). The matras of the bed is really hard. It’s a nice place if you’re looking for a apartment close to the Vatican.
