The fully custom-designed kitchen is a chef's dream, while the four sumptuous bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, provide the ultimate in comfort and privacy.
Indulge in the spa-like master suite, featuring a luxurious soaking tub, an emotional shower with chromotherapy, and the finest materials that envelop you in serene relaxation.
What truly elevates this property are the two spectacular terraces, where guests can savor a glass of wine as they admire the awe-inspiring beauty of the imposing Vatican walls, a mere stone's throw away. Perfect for romantic sunsets or intimate gatherings under the stars.

This lovely modern apartment is divided onto two levels for a total of 4 bedrooms (3 double +.1 single) all with their own private bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate 7 people.
On the first level you will find the living room with smart TV, 2 double bed rooms, each with an en suite bathroom with a shower, and the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom, with both shower and bathtub, as well as access to a private terrace with a small hot tub Jacuzzi.

On the upper level (12 steps) there is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a small single bedroom, independent small bathroom with a shower, and access to the second terrace, ideal for "al fresco" dining!
The apartment has free WiFi and air conditioning / heating, as well as a clothes washer and dryer that can be used during your stay. All provided bedding and towels are of high quality to ensure you enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay.
The house manager will meet you at check-in (no use of key-boxes), and is available throughout your stay for any help you may need!
As you are situated at the entrance of the Vatican Museums, everything you need is on your doorstep, from coffee bars, to restaurants, shopping, markets, Metro A Subway (Cipro & Ottaviano Stops), many bus routes, and taxi stops

Sophie met us to check in and was so helpful. The flat is beautiful and situated so close to the Vatican, it is a perfect location. The flat was very clean and well stocked. Great bathroom facilities and a lovely kitchen/dining area. The beds were very comfortable. There are two lovely terraces with plenty of comfortable tables, seats and cushions. The only criticism - the hot tub could have been cleaner. Wonderful accommodation and great value for money!

Everything about this place was great. Two terraces, hot tub, king beds. You could see the Vatican wall from the window. Great place to eat just downstairs and groceries about a block away. Sandar, the host communicated very well with us. We stayed in 4 VRBOs this trip and this was by far the best.

Vadican City door step!

The perfect place if you want to be in the middle of what Rome has to offer. Look no further, the Vadican is just a doorstep away. The rooms were great with private bathrooms which is a plus. The staff were nice and made the welcome home feel right.The restaurants on each side of the home are just too perfect to be true. The house was clean, spacious and quiet.

The penthouse was exactly as shown in the pictures and more! I was impressed at how very clean and beautifully decorated it appeared. The location was definitely a plus, so close to the Vatican. What a wonderful place to stay. It was cute and lovingly decorated. It was comfortable for 3 adults and 4 young children. All the appliances work. The AC was cool, but a Roman cool. The washing machine was nice. The location was great, 2 minutes walk away from Vatican museum, 10 minutes walk from St Peters entrance, 5 minutes from the Metro subway station. The rooftop garden was a nice touch.

Wonderful Property

This is a beautiful property. We had a great time staying here with friends. All three kids had their own space which was wonderful. We also enjoyed having access to laundry. The only things that were not great were that we found broken glass on the master bedroom floor (hard to see when cleaning so we understand). The kids were not able to play in the hot tub because the water was not clean. Other than that our stay here was perfection!!! Lastly, Sophia who checked us in was beyond amazing. She gave us great recommendations on local restaurants and shopping. She made us feel very welcome. She also helped us book an amazing golf cart tour through Biga Tours that we highly recommend!! Such a fun way to see the sights!!
