羅馬龐特馬莫洛酒店住宿推介

「The breakfast is very nice and the staff there is lovely and very welcoming. The cleaner is lovely and so nice and you can hear her voice early morning. She is so nice and she maintains the room excellent. They are very clean. The reception is excellent in their service. They can provide you with things that you may need. I wanted a scale to measure by bags, which they had. That was excellent. Lovely customer service. However, the rooms are quite old. This is my only comment. Otherwise,...

「Very hard beds. Heated towel rail not working. 2 stars are adequate」

「good」

「Not deserve a 4-star and 6Euro city tax per person per night. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful. The room is not as the photo, only the room size matches the description. Like a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Only one lift there. Breakfast is average 3-star. The only thing good is free parking, nothing else. Will not stay here next time if I have other choices.」

「Good location」

「Excellent!! The staff in the reception was very nice and helped me a lot during my sudden accommodation!!」

「Very nice staff at the reception!」

「交通方便，人員友善」

「The room was huge, clean and comfortable - with separate hall area to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The decor is classic and grand, and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. There were a good range of choices at breakfast. 」

「3-4 star at best, comfortable enough, wierd charge for an extra traveler which was odd for 2 people. front desk girl could use a course in customer service but beyond that it was fine.」

「Wonderful stay! Great location and the staff were all so kind. Would highly recommend staying here!」
