A cozy apartment located in a quiet and elegant neighborhood, in a 1960s building just a short walk from the historic center. Nearby, you’ll find attractions such as the Ponte della Musica, the lively nightlife of Ponte Milvio, the MAXXI Museum, the Auditorium Parco della Musica, and—for sports fans—the Olympic Stadium and the Stadio dei Marmi, the annual venue for the tennis championship—all within walking distance!

The apartment, recently and tastefully renovated, is a one-bedroom unit consisting of a small entryway, a living room with a double sofa bed, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a crib (ages 0–6), and an inflatable single bed available upon request. The bathroom features a shower stall, toilet, bidet, and a large closet for your comfort.

Guest access
The accommodations are self-contained and entirely at the guests’ disposal, with a private entrance and freedom of movement, subject to the building’s rules.

Cleaning fees are 10 euros per stay; after seven nights, the fee is 20 euros.
