Guests will have the entire apartment at their exclusive use.

They will be given the keys (to the building’s main door and the apartment’s front door), which must be returned upon departure.

There are no set hours for entering or leaving the apartment—just the usual rules for living in a condominium!

The apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-in may be arranged earlier if guests require it and availability can be confirmed.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a surcharge of 20 euros will be added to the total amount due.

For arrivals after midnight, a surcharge of 50 euros will be added to the total amount due.

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.

There are no specific check-in or check-out times. Guests will be given keys (to the building and the front door), which must be returned upon departure.
In the event of loss and/or damage to the keys, guests will be required to pay for the damage.

Guests are not permitted in the apartment unless they have been registered. Under no circumstances may the apartment accommodate more people than the number specified in the reservation.

Please be sure to turn off the lights in the rooms, as well as the air conditioning, fans, and other appliances when they are not in use. Thank you!
